    Do not recommend!! Would give zero stars if I could! After less than ONE month owning and using the chair there is a huge tear along the seam where your back rests. Best Buy wouldn’t take the chair back for a refund!!!! Say bc it’s past the return date (was bought as a Mother’s Day gift so not used the first few weeks), ridiculous customer service! Will never buy from Best Buy again. Chair may be comfortable, however you lean way too far back when just sitting. Definitely do NOT recommend!!

    Very comfy! Easy to assemble. I love live the swivel rockI just wish the massage feature was a little more intense. that being said I have to fight my dog to sit in this. Very good value for the price

    Very comfortable chair to get home to after work. Rotates very smooth and easy. Recline back all the way I love taking naps in this chair. Very cheap too compared to other stores and what best buy offers this was a killer buy right here.

    Even though these chairs are faux leather, they are extremely comfortable. They even fooled my Mom. She asked where I got them. She wanted a set for her house. My only negative note is my husband has fallen asleep in them too often.

    The chair is ok but do watch the weight limit as i believe between that of 250lbs and height which i am 6'4 you cannot sit up straight in it. the massage and heater functions work great laying all the way back though.

    Found this chair for a super great cost. Got it for my husband as early Christmas gift for his bedroom. He says it's the most comfy rocker he has ever had

    Material was poorly made and so was the foot test and chair goes immediately so far back you will fall backwards. Not with the money... needs lots of work done before considering ever again

  • They Didn't Even Finish Building the Chair!

    We bought two recliners for company to sit in. Our expectations were not high due to the low price. But this is shocking. The chairs don't swivel, you can't feel the massager, they are lopsided, and you cannot push the (manual) footrest down! They didn't even screw the chair to the frame on one whole side!!! The fake leather feels pretty nice; however, you sit in it lopsided. Their customer service person gave me a phone # to call of a company that does not exist. And of course I couldn't upload the photos. Why am I not surprised. Didn't think BestBuy would do that poorly. Let's see if this review even gets posted.
