    Purchased this recliner for myself because I had shoulder Surgery. I was excited when I received it. Loved the color, liked that it had two charging ports, and full body massaged. After sitting on it for a while without using the massage feature, I started to feel the massage mechanism. It was very uncomfortable. It seemed like they used one inch batting. I was very upset because even though I had just purchased it I could not return it. So it was a waste of $500. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this chair to no one.

    The chair is nice but the batting inside the chair breaks down quickly, I have found it useful to put a throw cover over the chair before sitting in it and a small lumbar pillow. The heat option is nice but only heats the lower back.
