I am very please with this chair. It does all it says in the description. It very comfortable. The price is good as well.

This chair is for smaller sized people as the head rest is a tad short. The massage, heat and USB port Is great. I didn’t make it a 5 star because the foot rest release and close part is hard for weaker legs.

You get what you pay for . It gets a little to hot.

This chair is awful! It’s a year since I purchased it for my husband, and the massage in the footstool does not work anymore. The chair sounds like a spring or something is broken because it makes a popping sound when you recline in it and it has a bad tendency to fall completely backwards if you recline too far. I wish I had spent $500 on a better quality recliner that maybe didn’t have all the bells and whistles. It’s also a very uncomfortable chair because of the massage mechanisms in throughout the seat, backrest, and footstool. Spend your money on a La-Z-Boy. Or save it. Just don’t spend it on this!

Very nice chair, easy to put together,the only thing would be make the seating more cushion

The remote to the chair that operate everything do not work i sent emailed the manufacture company telling them that is not working and they haven't respond back,so now im ready to return back to bestbuy.Please help me solve this problem soon as possible.

It's a great chair. It just doesn't feel like it will last. The leg rest seems flimsy.

Back leans back to much when reclining chair wants to lay all the way back and you can feel the motors

This chair is so comfortable and I like how I feel to be sitting up higher. The massage is nice and I can either choose a set mode or do my own thing for up to 30 minutes. It's nice that it heats too because I do not have to use a heating pad. This was so worth the buy.

Thigh massager area didn’t work when we set it up. Still doesn’t.

Sits nice as a rocker and looks nice too. But, an adult reclined chair in the manner intended and the chair flipped over. That is dangerous.

Chair was delivered without shoulder pieces. Then the requested replacement pieces were wrong ones. Comfort Products company, who makes the chair, basically told me that i was S.O.L. because no more pieces in stock/didnt know when they would be in stock. Would recommend buying any other massage/reclining chair than these ones.

This is an awesome recliner provides many Massaging features different areas of the Body; and with heat to loosen muscles. Only thing not expecting it to be a small Recliner not suited for big & tall person.

i looked for a long time before buying this and the wait was worth it i sold furniture for 3 years and liked what i ordered.

Great chair! A little smaller than expected and the massagers aren’t too great

It’s ok however arm fell off and won’t reattach at all.

Love this Recliner. Perfect for lounging & I even use it for breastfeeding. Would definitely recommend .
