    Poor Quality, Poor Support and Bad Warranty

    Purchased RemoBell 8 months ago. Worked OK for a few weeks but started having serious problems. Problems include poor battery life (You are supposed to get 4-6 months; you get 2 weeks if you are lucky and replacing 6 premium batteries is expensive), Video Lag and lengthy delay, Poor Build Quality: door bell button gets stuck and does not operate. RemoPlus refuses to honor their 1 year manufacturers warranty. They will either claim you broke it and refuse to honor warranty or pass buck and refer you to the retailer even after return rights have expired. It is poor quality off brand product made to look like a Ring, but without the quality control or functionality
