    The Geek Squad set up the Harmony universal remote. they did a great job. Takes a bit of time to realize that this remote does it all, and very well.

    The Squad did a great job setting up universal remote. I would not have been able to do it myself. Maybe, but it would of taken forever. Ha.

    Very disappointed with Best Buy for selling a product that can’t be installed! Geek sq USF did all they could possibly do to natal with no success. When I revisited store manager was helpful to find a product that we hope will work! But we will have to wait again over 2 weeks to see if this will work...we’re going into 2 months now

    Love the product. Installer was very knowledgable. Some timing patience required to turn all units on and off, but it does in fact work everytime.
