This is the second time I have had the pleasure of this person in the Geek Squad, who goes above and beyond his job, pleasant and answers all your questions.

The geek squad was all business and very professional in their work.They explain in detail of what has to be done.

I love this remote control. It allows me to hide my equipment in a cabinet and yet be able to use the remote to turn it on and turn it off.

Steve works very hard on setting up our remote only to find that the remote would not talk to our television. We had to use two remotes to watch our television which is unexceptible to us. We ended up purchasing a new television plus several other items in order to make this work for us. I would think best buy would give us some kind of credit for this problem.

Over several repeated visits at house and in store, these technical service people listen carefully and have solved problems.

The agents removed the old unit and seamlessly integrated the new one into our home entertainment system.

This remote works perfectly fine. Having said that and after using it for a few weeks, I find that the buttons are small and you can't just hold it in your hand and navigate the buttons (they're small and close together) like our prior remote. Also, the letters are already wearing off the buttons which makes matters worse. It's an ok remote but I think a remote with larger buttons that are arranged better is much easier to use in the long run.

The agents were very helpful and would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with their tech products, or TV's. Very prompt.

I had a problem - they fixed it! Initial installation of my RF remote didn't work correctly and the Geek Squad and store Gen. Mgr made it good.
