It was advertised "plug and play", but it was very difficult to get paired with my wifi and when I finally worked out that problem it was difficult to sync. It is still not working 100%, but I will probably work that out in the next few days. Great concept, but most will need an expert to get it working especially if you have 4 or more complex devices.

while your geek squad rep. in the past has done superb installation and instruction on my equipment(flat screen 4k), on this occasion he left quite a bit to be desired. basically i don't even use the unit. i have called him, but he never returns my call. i just need for him to come out here and provide better instruction on this remote control.
