    Geek Squad was very friendly and courteous, however, they quickly programed the remote and as quickly, gave instructions. Did not leave me with any thing but the remote, nothing to refer to. Seemed very knowledgeable as they tweaked a few other things for me.

    Hard to tell if it is the programming or the devices that are trying to work together. I don’t think the tech is at fault! He did tell me that this combination (although recommended by the store) didn’t work that well. It works on and off and I don’t use it very much. Waste of money for me.
