    I have felt OK with this until the screen came up a couple of months after I bought it with a screen that showed an information screen and then would not stop bringing it up. You could not turn off the TV or change the the channels. I have two of these remotes and 1 out of the two works fine the other one that gets used more had this happen.

    It took 3 visits to complete the programming of the remote. I have a Universal X-7 and just several Geek Squad members have the knowledge to do the programming. And when I called Geek Squad to schedule a follow up for programming I was told that Geek Squad no longer does Universal programming but they do Harmony. When Geek Squad got to my place they said that information was incorrect. The Geek Squad team that arrived the 3rd time completed the programming. Customer needs to make sure that the Geek Squad team they send has experience programming a Universal Remote.
