    Logitech remote programing was average - contacted Logitech and they referred me to the manual and I was able to create the sequences to allow for single press to activate all streaming services

    People who installed did a great job. However, getting an appointment was an unpleasant experience. First person had not been properly prepared. Took more than two weeks to get next appointment.

    The universal remote doesn’t work very well, about half the time we cannot get the TV channel. We can get 2 or 3 of the numbers for the channel, but have trouble getting all 4 numbers. We are not happy with it.

    The remote is connected, but there is a delay for the TV to show. The TV will show then it goes black for a minute before coming back on. Very annoying that I can't turn my TV on and watch it.
