Hot nearly as good as my Harmony One

I was sent to TV dept where a very unknowledgable assoc. said my Harmony One was no good and could not be repaired and sold me a Harmony PRO and of course the Geek install all for ONLY $226.34. Well the PRO turned out to be problematic in use and in a moment of despair I picked up my Harmony One and it worked!!! Now I am out $226. I wrote a review/ complaint a few weeks ago but I have yet to hear back from Best Buy. I am a long time customer, but I am not a very happy one! Purchase date was 5/5/16 .

Geek Squad phone operators haven’t a clue!!

not as easy as described

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the logictech universal as it would operate without a direct line to the receiver. Its setup was not easily facilitated and trouble shooting is not an easy process. I am not sure it was worth the extra money.

Some functions still not working after 4 Geek Sess
