I will never go to Best Buy again!!!

I called three times and was told I would be getting a call back and I'm still waiting. What an awful experience!!!

Couldn't Program

The installation is not working

He left me his cell # in case I had a problem. I have called him twice and texted and have not gotten a reply. Very disappointed and its disappointing.

Did not like the harmony

This is the second harmony that we have had over the years and saw no improvement from the first purchase many many years ago.

erratic screen selection-touchy controls
