Logitech install

It’s disappointing to hear that your Logitech Remote stopped working so soon after the install, which I know would frustrate me too. That said our installation services do come with a 90-day workmanship warranty, and if you haven’t already I recommend calling Geek Squad at 1-800-433-5778 to setup another appointment for us to come out and take a look at your remote. Geek Squad is GREAT

Signed up for Geek Squad installation, whcih is valid for a full year and now the remote works. Geek Squad geeks came out 3 times in a month to fix minor issues with the setup, they are prompt, savvy, polite and capable. - GREAT VALUE !!!

Remote update

The Harmony had degraded over time, consistent with customer experience. Time for a new more reliable remote for a component system. Mission accomplished!
