Geek Squad service was great! Jared was awesome very knowledgeable he knew what the issue's were with my Harmony Remote and he solved the problem.

This was great. Techs arrived on time and quickly got to work to reprogram my Harmony. They were here about 30 mins. After which we concluded my remote control was simply too old, and buttons that would no longer work were just plan worn out. After some discussion with the techs, I chose not to replace my harmony and instead use my new “Dish” controller.

The agents reprogrammed my harmony elite remote so I don’t have to use 4 remotes to get what I want on the tv.

The technician came to my home and set up all the pieces I needed set up on my tv. He did a good job of explaining how the remote works.

The challenge was to mount a new 77 inch TV to the interior of an exterior wall. Not your typical stick construction but rather a Quad Lock wall containing six inches of concrete contained within two inches of Styrofoam on both sides. Couldn't complete the job on the first visit because they did not have anchor bolts long enough to firmly attach to the concrete wall. Had to order longer bolts and came back about a week later to finish the job. Installation was completed successfully in a very professional manner. Very impressed!

Mount my tv and connect my ps3,ps4 Xbox 1 and my Roku. And then program everything to my Harmony elite remote And my Denon receiver

Two agents worked to modify my television settings so that I could access Netflix again, after Netflix changed its tv requirements. The Roku stick I had delivered to my house was returned. As always, the geek squad agents were outstanding in their services.

The technicians were great but msybe they should have gollowed up with written instructions for crrtain complicsted sequences such as getting to Amazon Prime. Were stuck because my husband cant remeber how to get there, smong other things.

The agent check all of my remotes and got them working as they were meant to.
