I had a remote starter installed in my wife's car. The technician told me about a sale that would lower the price of the remote starter that I bought even more and he installed it quicker than he said in the beginning. He was excellent!

I cannot say how happy I am with the service I received on the instillation of my car starter. First, it's great that the price is now bundled in a package so you get the price that includes everything right from the start. The service tech in the garage was very nice, extremely knowledgeable, and did a perfect job installing the car starter. I would recommend getting this done at Best Buy to everyone I know.

I bought this to save from freezing, does a good job from a good distance...would upgrade to get remote that tells you if car is started tho,had to go back once cause battery was dead in one remote...after discussing best buy covered the replacement cost!!

Got this for my friend's car. Installation was not up to mark. The override switch was not installed and we were not informed. We had to go back twice to get it installed. The install was buggy and car failed to start many times and ended up draining the battery trying to start. Had to follow many times to get it fixed but still some issues remain.

Install was done right but took almost 12 hours to complete. Had my wife and daughter with me because I was informed it'd be a 4 hour job. Almost 12 hours later it was finally finished.

Easy scheduling and excellent installation! Used the Geek Squad to install a new remote starter that I purchased at Best Buy. Knowledgeable installers walked me through all operational steps after installation. Vehicle was clean and everything works great!

Only upon installation did I learn I had to purchase more parts and give up one of my programmed keys to use this remote starter. Make sure you check with the installers before purchasing.
