They were perfect! He explained typically the scheduled install is done during purchase, but they figured a way to get it done and have the correct part too. I ended up saving money through them.

The installing process for the remote start was quick and a breeze

I have purchased GPS, desktop computer, earphones, computer camera from Best Buy in the past and have no issues with these purchases. I most recently purchased a Viper security system. The install was excellent. But the technician did not give all of the steps to disarm the system. The system froze in the locked mode on three separate occasions and the blue light that flashes when the system is armed stopped working. On one of those occasions I had to have the vehicle towed to the store since I could not disarm it using the key fobs and had not been shown all of the steps for disarming the system from the interior of the car. The technician did a systems check and did finally show me all of the steps to disarm the vehicle on my last visit to the store. And as it turned out the battery had to be replaced on July 18 which explained why the system did not operate properly. The system seems to be working fine now. But if I had known how the disarm it I would not have needed to have the car towed and would have eventually figured out that I needed a battery. I requested reimbursement for the towing fee but was rudely rebuffed by the manager.

Bought a remote start for our Rogue and had the Geek Squad install it. Really a great tool for the cold snowy NEOhio winters. Had seen folks reporting issues with the install on some vehicles. But mine was done in less time than predicted with step by step instructions provided by the installer, No hiccups, No problems. Would recommend this squad to anyone.

The whole service from creating the appt to install completion was wonderful. Appt was made with my schedule in mind. Agent that serviced and installed my Remote starter was superb. He explained everything that he will perform, he gave me an accurate timeline and when the install was complete, he guided me through everything that was done, demoed the remote start operation and functions. When I checked the work, everything was done with care and attention to detail. My expectations were more than exceeded.

I purchased a remote starter for a new vehicle I had purchased. I have had other starters installed on my other vehicles. but none by the Geek Squad. I arrived 15 minutes early, was immediately processed, and my vehicle went into the shop area. I was notified that it would take about 2 hours to install, and I remained there while it was installed. About an hour and thirty minutes later, I was handed my keys back, the installation completed. I was asked if I needed to be shown how to use the starter, how to lock or unlock doors, or any other questions I may have, told him I knew how to use it, thanked him for the fast service, and left for home. Upon arriving home, I found my receipt and empty box on the rear seat, and noticed how neat and clean my truck was left after the install. You could not tell that anything had been done to my truck! I am very satisfied with all my instances I have had using the Geek Squad, and would, and have, recommended them to my family and friends for many years!

Remote start installed in my audi (not sure why audi finally joined the bandwagon for there 2024 models). The tech called out to me to secure appt. At the appt the tech was very knowledgeable, he knew everything about the product he was installing. He let me know when to pick it up and then showed me everything on how to use it. Everything except 1 bolt was kind of hard to put back. First time using geek squad. good experience.

Did a great job installing my remote start in an efficient time. Gave customer education when i picked it up. Good job guys

The Installation went perfectly. Used online scheduling , received 2 reminders of appointment. The Installer called day of to Verify time, dropped vehicle off. Took about 2 hours , got a call when it was completed. The Installer spent about 10 minutes going over everything with my Daughter. Overall completely satisfied. Will be buying another for my Truck !!

I was amazed with the installation of my remote start system at the Wooster Best Buy location. They were extremely fast and efficient. I could tell the gentleman who did the install took pride in his work. I would definitely not hesitate to have anything car related installed with geek squad.

Had a remote start installation done on my wife's SUV. They did a great job. They where ready for installation as soon as we got there. They had it done in around a hour and half, which we were quoted around 2 hours. It has worked great since the installation done and there has been no issues

I brought my car to get my remote starter installed, that i purchase at best buy and the technician was ver knowledgeable and courteous, also educated me on how to properly use it

The guys installed my security system and stereo system with backup camera. You can't even tell they were there and everything works just like it should. I do wish i would have got a owners manual.

The installer was great, explaining how the system works, and answering multiple questions related to wiring. The shop was very well organized and clean. The installation was quick and professional, with no exposed wires, no broken clips, and no buckled carpet. I am quite happy with the installer and installation.

The customer service was excellent. He provided very thorough inspection of my order and got the proper item and did an excellent install. Got done earlier than expected!

The team installed two remote car starters for both our daughters’ cars on the same day. They took really good care of us, were really friendly, and got them both finished under the scheduled time. They also took time to go over how to use the product. We’ve had no issues with the items so far.

I ordered a remote start kit as the Deal of the Day. Had to reschedule my appointment. The day before my new appointment I get a message my order was not picked up so it would be canceled and returned. I tried calling the store - that is no fun! But then the guy who did the installation called to see if I still wanted it done. He kept the equipment, saved my appointment, and did an excellent job. Showed me how to use it. Top notch service!
