Installed my new remote start, fast and explained to me the details.

Great job installing the alarm system, remote, and dash cams. Our installers were polite, professional, and competent.

I ordered a remote start kit as the Deal of the Day. Had to reschedule my appointment. The day before my new appointment I get a message my order was not picked up so it would be canceled and returned. I tried calling the store - that is no fun! But then the guy who did the installation called to see if I still wanted it done. He kept the equipment, saved my appointment, and did an excellent job. Showed me how to use it. Top notch service!

He was professional and efficient. The only thing i would say is it would have been a plus if he would have offered one of the chairs so i wouldn't have sat on the floor while waiting.

The team installed two remote car starters for both our daughters’ cars on the same day. They took really good care of us, were really friendly, and got them both finished under the scheduled time. They also took time to go over how to use the product. We’ve had no issues with the items so far.

This was a very professional install. Was supposed to take 1.5 hours but with the wire harness cut the time of my install do just under an hour. Tech even told me the original kit T-harness could be done with another harness. Everything worked as it should in the end and a faster than expected install time.

The audio/remote starter installers are excellent! Very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and quick. I've had remotes installed on 4 of our cars and family vehicles as well. In my opinion, they are the best around.

Install was super quick! I Drove up at 12:55 for my 1pm appointment. Spoke to the installer for 2 minutes and handed him my keys. He told me he’d come look for me and let me in the store (i said I might leave to walk To the gym if i was done walking around the store). I walked around Best Buy for 30 minutes and decided I was done and wanted to gym. The moment I zipped up my coat to walk out my installer was right next to me telling me my car was ready! I was expecting to have to wait hours (appointment said 1-3:30 for sure) and I walked out of Best Buy before 1:40pm (after a quick impulse buy)! He explained everything I needed to know and I was on my way. He was very polite and efficient and he also programmed my OEM fob even though I forgot to ask!

The service agent at my local Bestbuy in Lubbock was excellent. He went above and beyond during my remote install for my nisan xterra. He took the time to show me exactly how to use it and made sure I had no questions before leaving. He was polite and quite professional. I will only use Bestbuy from now on and make sure that the ones I care about do the same. This level of service is hard to find. Good job Bestbuy!
