The agents installed my remote start onto my car pretty quick and they were nice

The customer service was excellent. He provided very thorough inspection of my order and got the proper item and did an excellent install. Got done earlier than expected!

Install was super quick! I Drove up at 12:55 for my 1pm appointment. Spoke to the installer for 2 minutes and handed him my keys. He told me he’d come look for me and let me in the store (i said I might leave to walk To the gym if i was done walking around the store). I walked around Best Buy for 30 minutes and decided I was done and wanted to gym. The moment I zipped up my coat to walk out my installer was right next to me telling me my car was ready! I was expecting to have to wait hours (appointment said 1-3:30 for sure) and I walked out of Best Buy before 1:40pm (after a quick impulse buy)! He explained everything I needed to know and I was on my way. He was very polite and efficient and he also programmed my OEM fob even though I forgot to ask!

I have went to Danbury CT Bestbuy store for installation of this remote starter for my Acura RDX. The technician installed it so fast and there were no issues. I’m so happy with the product and Geek Squad installation. I highly recommend this store for remote start installation.

The agent installed a remote starter into my car. The work was done relatively quickly and I've had no problems with it so far. The work was also very convenient- all I had to do was drop off my car, keys, and the starter and pick it up.

The service agent at my local Bestbuy in Lubbock was excellent. He went above and beyond during my remote install for my nisan xterra. He took the time to show me exactly how to use it and made sure I had no questions before leaving. He was polite and quite professional. I will only use Bestbuy from now on and make sure that the ones I care about do the same. This level of service is hard to find. Good job Bestbuy!
