Dropped my car off to have a remote starter installed and they were amazing. The local car audio shop in town wouldn’t even do it unless I purchased the starter from them also which would cost almost $500 more. Best Buy took the starter I bought online and installed it for such a great price. We’ve had it now for about two weeks and it works great. They even told me that the work has a life time warranty on it at any Best Buy across the country. The installer (feel bad I forgot his name)was amazing and helped me and answered some questions even though he was heading out the door to go to lunch.

When they said it wouldnt take 2 hours an i would have a remote start i couldnt believe it. Such a great upgrade. It didnt even coat me that much making for an even better investment.

Gustavo was excellent to work with. He took his time explaining why our first purchase was not our best option based on our circumstances (needing car to start in garage from inside apartment 4 stories up in concrete building, and product to confirm start). He walked us through the best option and took care of the installation. He's professional, and did incredibly neat work, and explained how to use the product. Best of all it works. We tried the remote start from the apartment, from the elevator, from inside of stores, and it works great.

The service tech that installed my remote starter was awesome. After he was finished he took the time to show me how to use it. It was installed very quickly. I was very satisfied.

I had two remote starts (2 different vehicles) installed. Both times I showed up they were ready for me. They also took the time to explain the install, how long it would take and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. The install was completed within the time frame that was given to me, there was no damage done to my vehicle, explained the functionality and features of the new product. There was one issue that was found that would have been better handled when I purchased the remote starts, There was a miss on push button auto start versus key start resulting in the wrong wiring harness was ordered. The installer was able to work around this miss and still get the car completed within the install window provided.

Installed and done quickly. Works flawlessly. Forgot to close my hood bit other than that no issues

quick and easy. they needed some part to get it qorking with my car, and had to go to another store to get it. still got my car back relatively quickly. no issues at all.

Great experience. Techs completed installation more quickly than was quoted. They walked me through all the features, and made sure I knew if I ever needed to pair a new remote/reset pairing after jump starting that they'd do it for free. Overall a great experience. I'll be bringing my next car here for it's remote start install.

Compustar+LTE module - in 2021 Audi A5 and 2014 Santa Fe push start I am that annoying customer that knows almost as much as they do. I do my research and ask all the technical, difficult questions that trigger attitude. We almost started off on the wrong foot. The staff was nice, understood my concern, was patient in explaining all functionality, willing to custom program OEM fob and nice enough to let me finish my argument. Very clean installation, no damage/scratches, very well informed. - I am impressed as this is not something I am used to. Nice work Best Buy Parma Ohio!!!

So ive been wanting to have remote start on my car for a while so i pulled the trigger on the Viper DS4VB Remote start. I choose the option to have it installed and couldnt be happier. The guy were extremely friendly and eager to help. You can tell when someone has a great deal of experience because the confidence is through the roof. My overall experience was just painless couldnt even tell they were in my car at all. Such a professional experience id definitely recommend any install needed for your vehicles no matter what it is. Excellent service. Very helpful and informative. Explained the process of working the remote and went over it twice to make sure I understood. Then had me try it to make sure I did it correctly. I left there feeling confident that I knew what I was doing. Also took 15 minutes less time than expected. Very professional and friendly staff.

No regrets. No letdowns after almost 2 years on my New RAV4. Just installed one on my wife 's 2014 Honda CRV. Bestbuy staff very professional. Cars start no matter the weather. Activatable for long distances. Nice lroduct.
