Unfortunately due to a very busy installer at my local BB this has not been installed yet. But it is in my possession and an appointment has been made. This will be my third remote start and if I could only have one toy on my vehicles it would be the remote start. As a volunteer fireman we frequently get called out in the middle of scorching or freezing nights and the remote starts are a life saver.

I was having many issues with my laptop so I decided t contact the Geek Squad support online. They were amazing. The person that first took my call logged on the my laptop remotely and immediately took care of my main problem. I then was transferred to a technician that did a tuneup, all without my interaction. He left me a note regarding the changes he made and my laptop was once again functioning properly.

This is the fifth remote starter I have purchased !!! I don't want to live without one & I have them had them installed for family & friends as gifts. They help combat summer's intense heat & winter's most severe chills !!! Best Buy installs them at your convenience & you simply push a button to start your car so that it can be col or warm when you are ready to open the door of your car.

I absolutely love my new remote start system on my car. I pretty much use it every single day. Especially now that it's hotter in California. I just set my AC before I get out of the car and remote started from my house in the morning so by the time I get into the car it's already cool down.

Great product, awesome installation service. The staff was knowledgeable, but when it came to the installation the installer was actually the most knowledgeable and helpful. the staff wasn't able to acquire the remote I wanted and said it was no longer in stock and was discontinued, but the installer said, let me double check. And was able to find one in the store and saved me some money. Thanks.

I purchased a remote start system which included the installation in the price which was nice. I scheduled the install for the morning and it only took the associate about an hour or so to complete it. I was notified prior to him completing it that if the car is started I would have to unlock it with the actual key and not the key fob. I appreciated him letting me know.

I went to Best Buy and bought a viper car starter. I was not able to have the viper one installed because something changed with the viper product and they did not have the tool necessary to complete the installation. The associate gave me a different brand and slightly better model at no extra charge for the inconvenience. Very happy with my visit and service.

This device is a real life saver when trying to beat the weather of each season. This starter has you car toasty in the Winter season & cool in the Summer season. Nothing is better than getting into a warmed car in the cold, damp weather or a nice cooled car in the hot weather. It is one of the great inventions ever thought off .... I love mine !!

Had ordered it on line as Christmas present and had the Unit and harness to put under the tree to be unwrapped and after Christmas free installation done from the geek squad at the store. Wonderful experience I might say..Fiance was very please on the simplicity of the operation and programming of her original key fob as well..

The remote start works perfectly every time. I add the cell phone module and it works great too. You can even check to see if the doors are locked when you are too old to remember whether you locked them or not. Zac did a great job installing the equipment. If you didn’t see the antenna on the windshield you couldn’t even tell it is there.

Ordered this to allow electronic locking/unlocking of the vehicle. My key fobs had gone bad on my Cadillac, and the cost to replace roughly equaled the purchase price of this remote start unit. An obvious no-brain required decision. The system works exactly as described, and will come in very handy during the Midwest's notorious brutal winter.

I purchased a remote start for my Nissan. The sales and installer Will helped me decide which brand to buy,what i really needed and what was just hype. The only problem was how long it took to get it installed . When I brought it in they said it would take 4 hours. They called me quite a bit earlier than that and it was ready good job.

Best Buy always does a great job at car audio installations. Have had them work on my car and both of my daughters. I highly recommend getting Total Tech Support if you plan on having a lot of work done to one car or many cars. The money it saves you is amazing.

Product works great. I would be cautious with the salesperson. If your looking for just an alarm just purchase the alarm. If your looking for a car starter and alarm they are two separate purchases. The particular sales person I dealt with was not very knowledgeable. I ended up having to have two installs instead of 1. The product is great!

Purchased the item as a Christmas gift in Orland Park, IL. Employee OZ was great. Then we had a great experience with the installation with Erik at the Farmington Hills, MI Best Buy store. Erik was patient in explaining how it works and the installation went great. He's very professional. Do not lose this guy, you will be sorry

Tom, the automotive service tech at your Joliet store is outstanding. His knowledge of your products, policies and instillation is perfect. He is the reason I shop at Best Buy for all my automotuve electronic needs, Also the reason I purchased the 200 dollar geek squad membership

The tech did a nice job and was done sooner then he anticipated. I had a remote start installed and he explained to me how to work it and it all seems fine. The shop could be cleaned up some and organized to look more presentable to the public. The techs were very friendly though.

The install of my 2 way remote start got off to rough start. After product was found at the service desk everything went smooth as planned. Technician said that it would take 3 hrs and it took exactly 3 hrs. Very neat and professional installation. Thinking about getting back up camera next.

Love the starter and the app bit a few small things could be better. Car shuts off when I open the door and I have to restart. App says car engine is on when it is off. Overall it works great from a far distance. I work in a building about 800 yards away from lot. Car is warm and ready when I get there. Not sure I like that you have to pay for a monthly subscription to use app but I'll survive.

For years I've been putting off getting a remote start. I wish I would have done it sooner. The 2 way radio lets me know it's been started and the distance is wonderful. Able to start it up from inside an office building with no site of the car. it's a wonderful item on these cold winter days
