Can’t say enough

I showed up for my appointment and it was an easy process! they called me when it was done and I picked it up. I will admit they gave me the wrong final receipt and didn’t notice until I was home. But still amazing service. Programmed my other keys and told me to come back to any Best Buy if there were ever any issues.

Great Support

They were amazing. The person that first took my call logged on the my laptop remotely and immediately took care of my main problem. I then was transferred to a technician that did a tuneup, all without my interaction. He left me a note regarding the changes he made and my laptop was once again functioning properly.
