This is the original GE-made filter for GE refrigerators. As you'd expect from oem, it fits just right and works just like the original filter that comes with the fridge. The price was comparable to other online sites and with a bestbuy promo, I stocked up for multiple years, since the recommended interval is to change the filter annually.

The filter works great and fits our refrigerator perfectly! Water coming from the fridge is safe and clean to drink. It was cheaper to buy from Best Buy than directly from the company. Pick up was fast and easy!

I’ve always purchased my filters at Best Buy. I might seriously consider getting the auto delivery so I don’t have to suffer during the yellow to red light when I need to replace my filter. Twist off counter, twist in to install. You will hear the squish noise and know you are ready! This is affordable, better than going to the hardware store where you can’t get points for every purchase! Thanks Best Buy for servicing my kitchen appliance needs!

Perfect fit; easy to install and works perfectly. Tried an alternate filter and water tasted terrible; using this filter made all the difference. Water now has no taste, which is exactly right.

GE OEM cartridge. Simple and easy to install. Water taste find. Although my mother didn't care for it. She's use to bottle water. I searched prices all over web. GE site, Amazon etc. Best Buy had the lowest price.

This makes my water taste great. My refrigerator has a warning light to let me know when to change the filter but I can always tell when it is time. The water tastes dirty and when I pop in a new one WOW what a difference. Also it is very easy to install.

Change your filter notice triggered internet searches. These filters are costly. I was pleasantly surprised to find original GE brand filter at Best Buy at a reasonable price. Also, water taste better now

Quality GE fridge filter. GE claims replacement every 6 months but Ive used it over a year and tested the water and it was still perfectly clean. Best buy surprisingly had the best price on this hard to find filter.

The GE water filter works great for our family. It's easy to install, doesn't leak, and provides great tasting filtered water. Just wish the price was a little lower.
