This game is perfection in my opinion! Survival horror at its finest! I didnt even notice the things they cut out from the original as i guess they just werent that memorable compared everything else! My only gripe is that it sucks capcom didn’t give bestbuy options for the collectors edition! Gamestop exclusives need to go away after that blunder! All companies need to be able offer them!

Originally, I didn't want this game to be remade, but decided to give it a shot cause why not. After playing...I love this game as much as I love the original RE4. The game also changes a good amount of things so there will still be surprises no matter how much you played the OG. Capcom has been absolutely unbeatable when it comes to quality of the games that they release.

I have played the original 10 times through. Played the Separate ways dlc many times too. Loved mercenaries. I knew this remake was going to be good, my sons played it and told me how great it was. They were right. Its the same game but with tweeks that make sense and that help game play. I can't wait to play this one ten times.

Resident Evil is the best modern survival series, and this remake did not disappoint. While taking the dated elements of the original Resident Evil 4 out like the outdated aiming and clunky movement, they kept all the cheesy bits of the original's writing and preserved the atmosphere, while adding new layers of horror.

The game is just overall amazing and how remakes should be done. Yea. Ada Wong’s voice actor got a lot of backlash from fans but honestly it doesnt change how the game plays or the graphics quality or story. Of course like many others, I originally played it on the GameCube when it first came out. This was a much welcomed remake. Capcom went all out in this one.
