Game is solid, but the only reason I preordered at Best Buy is to get the steelbook that was advertised as included on their site. For some reason it wasn’t added to order and isn’t available. Probably won’t preorder at Best Buy anymore.

Pre ordered this game to pick up on its release date, today, and it still is not available for me to pick up? Whats the point of pre ordering if i cant get it when its released?

Pre-ordered the game for pickup on release day only to get an email saying “it’s taking longer than normal to fulfill the order”. The store has now been open for almost 4 hours with no update on the order. Why even have brick and mortar stores anymore?
