I figured I'd try it out for $10 and I'm having a lot of fun with it. Plays great on the PS4 and looks good too. I've been a fan of the series for a long time and I'm not getting around to playing 4, 5 and 6 now that they're cheap on the PS4. I'd recommend them if you're into the series.

I stand by my statement that between this title and Resident Evil 6, are the weakest in the franchise to date! It lacks the fright and survival factors that were present in previous titles. And yet, this title as well as Resident Evil 6 are great co-op titles for the friends and family to goof off with. So excited for the upcoming Resident Evil 7!

This is one of my absolute favorite co-op games, I used to play the original many, many times. I'm happy this got a remaster! I'd say buy it if you haven't picked it up yet, it's a pretty great game especially with a friend! Maybe not as scary as 4 or as convoluted as 6 was, but it's somewhere in the middle.

I highly recommend Resident Evil 5 because it is a really amazing game in all its features, with lots of entertaining moments since the beginning of the game and you can keep playing for hours without getting tired of it.

Playing this game first time around I was a little disappointed. Playing the remaster has made me appreciate how well this has held up. I'd rate this as one of the better games. There's definitely room for improvement and the ending with Wesker is awful but it's a solid game from start to finish.

I had Missed RE5 on the 360/PS3 and picked this up to play co-op with my brother. The game still holds up very, very well. Network connection was excellent over PSN and the graphics are very good. With the sales they've had on it, ($`12 w Gamers unlocked!) it's hard to go wrong. Recommended!

This is a great Resident Evil game! I really enjoyed it! The game is very interesting and enjoyable to play! The story is great! Always loved Resident Evil! Resident Evil is one of my favorite video game franchises! Definitely recommend this game to Resident Evil fans!

RE5 is a true classic of the PS3/360 era and it's good to see it re-released on PS4. While not touching perfection like RE4 did, there is still a lot to love about this game. The controls are rock solid and the setting is unique compared to the usual RE settings. Highly recommended!

I'm all about that action. I just love setting up the melee attacks and then using them to demolish the enemies. My favorite part of the game is the Mercenaries mode though, which is an action packed score attack mode.

Admittedly this is my first game into the Resident Evil series. Not a fan of the controls and not having the ability run and shoot. AI partner constantly gets in your way as well which is frustrating when you are trying to dodge enemies.

I feel like I like this game a lot more than others because it's not completely set in some dark and dreary setting. I love that a lot of the time you are outdoors in the daylight unlike others of the series. Still looks great on the PS4 and more fun with a friend.

I played the original release on Xbox 360. This is the same game. I didn't notice many changes aside from the included DLC. Overall I really enjoy the game. If you were a fan of Resident Evil 4 and the direction it took from the classic roots you will most likely enjoy this entry.

So if you loved 4, this game is very similar. Main difference is you're always with that extra person Sheva, controlled by AI. For those who haven't played yet, Jill doesn't really show up as a playable character until the DLC.

This title is towards the top of my favorite games of all time. Bringing the same games to a new console seems to be a trend that can be unnecessary but the ability to co-op with my friends and introduce new people to this beloved franchise is always fun.

We got our Playstation 4 last year. I love the graphics. My husband likes the moto cross and war games but give me gore and puzzles to solve. I think first day of purchase was up til 3 a.m. playing. Just couldn't stop. Yep addicted. Very satisfied.

I know fans were split on this game, but I broke down and decided to purchase it again on PS4 and quickly realized why I love this game. The co-op aspect (though I recommend playing with another human) as well as the action packed gameplay are a ton of fun!

game is fun and hard when u first start but once u gear up and get the good guns doing the missions are fun i finished it multiple times helped people online cause is just so much fun lol even more with an infinite rocket launcher good game not like the original resident evil tho

I was super happy they remade this for the PS4. Resident evil 5 is one of those games that once you sit down and play, you don't want to stop until you finish it. This will always be one of my top games during the PS3 era.

I've played numerous resident evil games and this one is definitely one of my favorites. Not only does it have a good story, but you also get to play the whole campaign with a friend online. At the price it's at, definitely great bang for your buck.
