First person view really adds to the immersion. This is a great reboot to the series. If you havent picked it up by now do yourself a favor, buy it. Especially if you are a Resident Evil fan.

This game is a bit different than the original Resident Evil feel but still a great entry into the series.

Resident evil will be pleased with this one here. The 1st person effect and sound really makes the game. Of course I highly recommend some headsets (I.e. turtle beaches). A straight up fright fest.

Definitely a departure from the last few resident evil games. Instead of trying to shoot everything, the game has switched to more hiding and survival. Highly recommend if that's your interest.

Was worth going through once. Not as scary as I thought it would be. Definitely different from other RE.

This game is entertaining and is so scary! It has scared the pants off of me several times. It is not for the faint of heart and never has a dull moment. It is worth the money and the play time.

Wow. I was floored on how the jump factor really played well in this game. The story keeps you playing, and the scary elements are amazing. Just wish the DLC would have dropped sooner.

This is a solid twist on an old classic. Dark atmosphere, great characters, kinda weird plot twist which is consistent with the series. Totally worth it tho if you are into true survival horror.

I recently purchased this game for my granddaughter. After watching her play, I decided to give it a try. I love to play it in the dark. It makes me feel like I’m in a horror movie!

My wife and I enjoy playing through this game together. It has legitimately made me jump multiple times, and is a fresh "restart" to the franchise. First person view works well, but ending and the fact the protagonist can't run (pushing in the left stick moves to a light jog) keep it from a 5 star.

Bought this game to play during these staying at home days. I've always enjoyed the resident evil games so I can only imagine this one is good too.

This is a great Resident Evil game! The game is very interesting, fun to play, and very scary! I definitely recommend this game to Resident Evil fans and horror video game fans!

I remember hearing about the series moving to first person, and was very skeptical it would work. Well.. its far more tense and scary this way, no doubt about it. You have a winner, Capcom!

This is an awesome game that my wife lets me play because she likes scary things. I have a wonderful wife who loves watching me play video games but only if they are scary video games.

I have followed RE since I was a kid on he very first one. Have finished every last one of them and couldn't wait for this one! Amazing gameplay. Definitely gives you chills. Great buy!

Very much like the original resident evil but first person. Love the scares and the puzzles. Fun game!

I have been playing resident evil sense the first one this one seems to be almost like a side Story or a new take on resident evil it has classic resident evil door locks , puzzles etc

I haven't got to play as much as I have wanted. When I do play it has become kind of stressful. Constantly waiting for what terrible thing to happen next. I enjoy this game very much.

Many frights and scares to keep you at the edge of your seat and your heart racing! Whenever you make it to a safe room, you feel accomplished. One of the best horror games ever made!

Res7 is just what we have been waiting for from this franchise. This game will really keep you up and make you jump out of your seat! Don't play alone or in the dark....death awaits!
