This game brings it back to what Resident Evil was. Jump scares, in a house solving awesome puzzles. Certainly Recommend this for anyone who wants to remember what RE2 was like.

Nice new twist to the resident evil series. Game absolutely creeps me out. It was nice to see that a game can actually make you feel like you areally actually fighting for your life.

This game does not feel like a game at all. I feel like I am watching a horror movie the entire time and it is surprisingly pleasant to play something that doesn't seem so formulaic.

This is the best RE years. Didn't even try 6. The new perspective works great in the RE world. It does become more action focused later in the game still great game to the finish.

Capcom did a great job returning to the roots of the RE series with a first person perspective. If you have purchased a Playstation VR headset your experience will truly be scary.

Yes it's different then the last few games but it does what it does very well. It does have some really gory parts so if you can't handle the sight of blood you may want to pass.

Scare packed game. Great horror game. Awesome stand alone addition to resident evil. Comes with a conroller skin that is easy to apply and comes off easy if you don't like it.

Fun and super scary! I bought this game for my husband and he loves it! I enjoy watching the story unfold. The game comes with a skin for the controller, which is pretty cool.

Resident Evils little hard but fun game can't wait to see what they do with the next one

While i enjoyed all of the Resident Evil games. I was really hoping that they would go back to being really creepy and scary again. This game does just that and it's amazing.

RE7 brings back the creepy, helpless feeling in a superb survival horror game. Within the first 10 minutes you can feel that tension that previous RE iterations once held.

I played this game having played previoua RE games and silent hill games and i love it. This game is a mix of everything i like about horror games and pulls it off excellent

Resident evil 7 is a great game. Borrowing from the games of the present, this version of resident evil has updated itself, while still keeping the core intact. Nicely done.

Game was short, but had very high replay-abiity. While I can highly recommend the game itself, I cannot recommend the bonus paid-content. The DLC is not worth the price.

If you love the original Resident Evil then you will love this! I was so happy to see they changed the format back to the original way Resident Evil was developed!

A lot of people will tell you that this game is a instant classic, wonder, brings back to old school survival horror, etc..and a lot of those same people never played the original 3 games when they came out. Is this game fun yeah until you get used to the patterns then it's just a task than it is fun. You can tell this was created with elements of the original in mind but not in practice. Graphics are wonderful, sound is superb, controls seems to work flawlessly in my experience. But the reason it looses stars is because it's a spinoff of the re series trying to be a main title when it's not because it only has bits and pieces to make it relatable. I was really disappointed how they went with this game and I hope in re 8 they can do better.

Was excited for this game but a little disappointed-game is too short and puzzles, while back to the old RE days, are too simple. Game is scary so at least that is RE vintage. Would recommend but temper expectations

I've always liked the Resident Evil video games and this one is no exception. It has all of the elements Resident Evil fans like, but has really ramped up the scary factor! Gotta admit I had to turn the lights on with this one. Playing in the dark was just too creepy.
