Best zombie movie ever resident evil I love it they came out with a steel book

While it's not the best acted film, Resident Evil is an interesting Sci-Fi survival film that will keep you on the edge of your seat and gets you invested in the world that it sets up.

A new take on a classic game/video… This is a great start to a new Epix series of films… Follows the original video games much closer

Steelbook is perfect for any resident evil fan. Good quality and adds to the horror effect of RE.

When Resident Evil was first released in theaters in 2002, I was blown away by what a good zombie movie this was, and still is. Sony brings Resident Evil to Blu-ray with exceptional video and audio quality, making this a great flick to add to your collection. There's a sale on this movie every so often so I can effeminately recommend it. If Sony would release a remastered 4K + Blu-ray of this movie [along with the sequels eventually], I would definitely buy that as well.

I love the entire resident Evil franchise I already owned all 5 movies but when bestbuy released them all in Steelbook I had to buy them all again. Let me say the artwork on each Steelbook looks awesome. Another added bonus to each movie is each 1 comes with $7.50 e-movie cash to go see the new resident Evil final chapter in theaters 1/27/17 so that's another added plus

A fan of the series, when I saw the new blu-ray steelbook release, I knew I wanted it for my collection. I like that the artwork for the steelbook reflects an enemy other than the undead or just a shot of Alice herself. It comes with a digital copy of the film and the special features appear to be the same as the previous blu-ray release. So unless you're a collector (for the steelbook aspect), you can stick with just the regular blu-ray version.

by far the best movie out of the whole mila jovanovic RE Series of movies, but watching it again for the first time in a while made me realize how kinda cheesy this movie is LOL ... anyway still a great flick for sure!

This pertains to the steelbook version of Resident Evil. The disc remains the same as the previous blu release, which is servicable but isn't exactly tricked out. The new case is nice, but not having Alice on the artwork is a bit odd, and the disc art hasn't been changed (the other steel books have Umbrella themed disc art, so it kind of sticks out). Got it for a good price, came with movie money, so I'm pretty happy

Bought this along with two other Resident Evil steelbooks for my brother as a birthday gift. I'm a sucker for steelbooks and I think I'm making him a fan of them also. Bluray is normal quality like any other bluray, what gets me as a collector is the variant artwork that you get with these awesome steel jackets.

The original Resident Evil is the best in the series. Hands down. I love that Best Buy is releasing matching Steelbooks of movies like this. The cover art is excellent and really captures the mood of the film. I probably shouldn't get the rest, but the collectible steelbooks are just too tempting for me!

This movie is very well executed. As a horror fanatic, the ability to have such a well-crafted Steelbook case to hold the beautiful Blu-ray masterpiece inside, is everything you could ever want.

Bought this for the new style, Pop Art Steelbook that the series has ran, another cash grab, but I hadn't even owned one and the whole series in the same style is pretty nice and they were decently priced. These are the greatest films, and while they get progressively worse by opinion. I couldn't help but enjoy them for what they are. Fun, zombie killing action flick.
