Bought this at the same time I purchased Doom. Neve saw this movie before and between the two of them... This one definetly was more enjoyable.

Ok when this movie came out I was excited that one of my beloved games has become a movie...sadly it was short lived. First I didn't like the fact that you never knew who the main character is until after the ending credits, second I didn't like the character Rain and third---where's Chris, Jill (she's in the second film) Rebecca, Berry and Wesker? I'd say this movie is ok at best but it could have been better.

I am frustrated. I have been trying to find reviews on Blue Ray discs and very few people are commenting on the movie in "Blue Ray" itself. I personally like Resident Evil and decided that I would make it one of my first blue ray purchases to go along with my new LCD Flatscreen...and it was awful! This is not the kind of movie that you want to purchase in High Def. It made the computer graphics look horribly fake and pointed out every flaw in the movie. I want to go back to seeing it semi-clear it's much better that way! Trust me, don't waste your money on this Blue Ray Disc. Buy the regular DVD. (I just wish I could return my copy!)
