When I got the chair a part of the side was ripped on where you need to close a zipper. Easy to build but not easy to fix. The chair is comfy but is unstable and seems to break easily over time. Had to repair some of the thumb screws slowly go out. The reclining part is okay but doesn't work well for someone that is tall. Sitting down as a tall person isn't at all comfortable.
For the money I spent, about $390, not worth it.
