I would give the restocking process a no star if I could. I returned the phone after the main screen was flickering multiple times. I was still charged a restocking fee for a defective item.

There is no reason a restocking fee should be charged when returning a phone. Especially when there is no way to use a demo unit since most phones are not on display.

Worst experience, very rude customer service , you buy but when you need to return the item they make to complicated, the laundry item don’t install in the basement. They don’t even try and the ppl in charge on this are very unprofessional. Never again . One month past and I’m still waiting to pickup the item. The credit still charged with the amount that you paid for the product..also if you give a poor review it will no take . So I gave them a fair review in order to submit this review .

So dumb to have a restocking fee for a phone that was defective. The phone got so hot that it shut down. Still had to pay a restocking fee.

I don't disagree with best buys policy about restocking fees but if you buy something that has no demo in store and you get it home plug it in and it sucks then it costs you a 15% or a hundred and thirty bucks that's bs. I could see a restocking fee if they had a demo in store I saw the product and then I brought it back. The speakers where absolute garbage on the model and for a 900 dollar projector that reviews raved about it its bs. I knew going in it would cost me I should have just walked away

The re-stocking fees was a big surprise when I went in store for the return. At the time of purchase or even while initiating a return from the website, it didn't say that there would be a restocking fee, but the person processing the fee insisted that there is one. It's been a not good experience for me and I'd definitely think twice before purchasing anything here.

I Had an issue with an item, returned it within 2 or 3 business days to exchange for a different, more expensive item. I was told that they "have to charge me a restocking fee" and that it is "unavoidable". I asked them to not charge me, and they said there was no way around it. Even though I was dissatisfied with the product, and was willing to pay more money for another, I still got punished for returning an item withing the 14 days in perfect order, with all packaging and receipt. Not a good policy to impose, and poor customer treatment in my opinion. Especially when other Best Buy locations can bypass the charge, as I witnessed with issues on other items.

I feel like this phone was pretty decent but I ended up not sticking with it. It was a good phone though but I feel like the battery life could have been better.

I had to pay a restocking fee even though Best Buy sent me a phone that doesn’t work , don’t know what else I would do with a phone that doesn’t work besides return it and have to pay for a restocking fee to return ! I’m very upset.

Was told I wouldn’t have a restocking fee due to this app showing a iPhone 12 when I searched for iPhone 13. I then purchased the 13 at the belt line store. Would not have done that has they told me they were going to charge a restocking dee

15% for returning something that ended up being subpar that I didn't know would be subpar due to no in-store demos being available? Kinda exploitative. I'll be sure to purchase from Amazon or elsewhere in the future.
