This will be reversed, or a dispute and consumer complaint will be raised. Policy is not to charge this for defective products. I was sold a phone with a bad IMEI. I would understand if it was buyer's remorse, but not the case.

I had to go through a lot of back and forth in buying this phone because not all phones are compatible with Xfinity, my cellphone carrier. But Kaylee helped me navigate the process and was very patient with my many questions and change of mind. Thank you! Employees like her make the Best Buy experience special!

Definitely didn’t make it clear that it they would charge for a return. I used to buy everything from Best Buy but I am second guessing that now. The Camera is great but Best Buy I am feeling less so.

I dont like this restocking fee. Amazon and walmart dont have this as long as you returned during the returning period. Also i just tried the camera once to see how i like it.

No extended memory battery sucks camera is okay no charger block it’s crazy we paying so much but can’t get a charger block feel like Samsung is following Apple lead might as well stay with Apple

I returned the Razr phone due to a WiFi fault/issue that Motorola has yet to fix. Still BB charged me for a restocking fee. I feel that they should refund me that fee as the phone was and still is defective.

I bought this phone for my mom as a unlocked phone, it did not work with a att SIM card, I am glad I was able to see that here in USA before she brings the phone abroad, I have bought others unlocked phone at Best Buy they were fine, this one did not work at all.

Definitely not buying any larger ticket item from Best buy again knowing that you will be charged a hefty fee if the item doesn't work out for you.

Its a shame to charge for restocking, never even used the phone, just removed the wrapper

The phone was DOA and couldn’t activate it via activations or chat team. The only reason it was returned was not because I wanted to the device was defective. The fee should have been waived

Why am I charged a restocking fee when your employees are the reason why I couldn't return in store in the first place?

I was charge a re stocking fee! Ordered it in line and was not informed that I would have to pay that as well!
