    Bought this for half price. But expect it to function at the suggested retail price. The wired and bluetooth control does not work correctly with my daughter's iPod touch (5G) latest iOS updates. Problem is this: The function Retrak uses for shutter control is the "volume up". So in any app other that the Stock Camera App that comes with the iOS, for instance "music.ly", the shudder does not work. Even in the iOS camera app the switch sides and zoom in and out on the Retrak Bluetooth remote does not function. I have Called Retrak several times today and they never answer nor return the call. Another issue with the LED Lights or wired stick plugged in you cannot hear the speakers as it thinks the headphones are plugged it. I guess a set of bluetooth headphones might get around that issue. I tested the bluetooth functions on my iPhone7 with up-to-date iOS and it does not work correctly either. I AM VERY SURPRISED THAT BEST BUY SALES PRODUCTS FROM A COMPANY WITH SUCH POOR SUPPORT!
