My item was returned with no problems. Best Buy is my go to for appliances and electronics. When there is an issue they allow my to make an exchange or get a full refund with no questions asked.

Tv is awesome, the picture in my opinion is as good as it gets, unless you want to pay a lot more. I have not had a OLED in the House to compare. Been told OLED is the best, in the store hard to distinguish. Check them out yourself. To me OLED might be a bit overrated! My opinion!

What a great store Myrtle Beach is. I had them install a 75 inch TV and it wasn't large enough. They exchanged it for an 82. No questions asked. I did have to pay the difference in price.

If you ever do have to return anything to Best Buy, they make is so easy for you. The Best Buy staff is so friendly and professional. They are really there to help you and ensure you make any returns and exchanges easy and effortless. Very great group of people.

We had purchased a refrigerator. Upon installation and use, we noticed that there was an air leak on the door seal to the freezer compartment. We called Best Buy Customer Service and they arranged a return under warranty without a problem.

The guys were super pleasant and helpful!!! We found out they were contracted out and not "actual" BB employees... Which was fine cause we received our refrigerator 2 weeks early! (Apparently BB was so busy they needed help with deliveries) It worked out for us! Great choice BB on the company you picked up for help!

So they show up with the 1st set of washer and dryer and both are dinged and dented. They called their manager, made arrangements for new replacements, then left the ones they had for us to use. Came back a week later and replaced the dinged and dented ones with new non-damaged washer and dryer. You guys rock!

Unfortunately the appliance had a problem. This was not Best Buys fault but the manufacturer. Fortunately Best Buy took the item back as a return. Guys were excellent and showed up on time. Very professional. I will continue to shop at Best Buy.

This return was because the crew sent to put a new pedestal under our new washing machine scratched the washer. Best Buy to its credit did not hesitate to take the unit back and send out a new one, which was installed without incident.

I bought a washer & it was a large dent right in the front, I was given a discount & tryed to use it. I made loud noises during the wash cycle I could not live with so they came and got it & exchanged it for another new washer without any problems!

Best Buy was great replacing my fridge that could not be fixed. They took the old and delivered the.new in record time. Everything was done well and they made sure even the littlest details were completed

The Geek Squad crew came in with my newly purchased T.V. Unwrapped it, took out the older model; put the new one up, and activated it for me. Then they took the old one back to the store for me. Simply no work on my part than a "thank you" and a "nice work".

We were delivered a big beautiful 75 inch tv intact in the box. We put up our wall mount, hung the tv without incident and when we turned it on it revealed a crack beneath the surface and did not work. At least it was taken care of quickly.

One of the best investments I have is getting a warranty on my products that I purchased. Best Buy came out and picked up the television after replacing it with the warranty product. There was no hassle whatsoever. Total easy process

Return was simple and hassle free . They took it back to store. Next day I showed up to finish return . Tv had a issue . Hassle free besides going back to store otherwise good

We had to return an appliance that was not working properly this third-party that came out the two gentlemen were very nice polite they took their time making sure that they didn’t scratch the walls or ceiling. They did a great job

Best Buy came to pick up my tv from my awful experience with Samsung and their customer service and repair people for the lemon tv I got. I appreciated this based on I don’t have a truck and it was a 75” tv

The installers were nice and professional. However, they laid both the washer and dryer on their backs after removing stabilizers, causing the bearings to squeal. Both appliances had to be replaced.

Once I receive my new washer do to the first floor model not working properly, I hope that I will have no problems but I wanted to write a review and say that customer service at the actual store (destiny USA) they are great helped me fix the issue quickly.

great service, Just called them and made the return request and they came and got the product return it and brought me a different appliance no questions ask and no charge. Bet service around
