I purchased this refrigerator as a second refrigerator, and I was going to put this in my garage. But it looks fancy, and I put this in my dining room, and it works great.

Best buy service has been always the best. The refrigerator didnt fit my space, so I had to get anothero ne with counter depth. The exchange was as smooth as ever.

I had to return my dryer due to it was dented prior to delivery. They scheduled a pickup date and brought me another one with no problem. They were very polite and friendly.

Initial washer received had an issue with door seals. Best Buy was back in 2 days with a new unit and completed repeat installation without problems.

Absolutely fantastic they went above & beyond, we will stick with Best Buy for our appliances from now on, they picked up our fridge with no problem

The return went really well.... defective TV was exchanged, and new TV was installed expeditiously. Cleanup was thorough and customer service was great.

Best Buy handled this excellent and has great customer service. I’ll continue to buy appliances and televisions (and more!) from this store.

Delivery was excellent. The guys that did the work were polite , knowledgable and efficient. They went above and beyond in ensuring my appliance was balanced and operating. Great Job!

Purchased a new Sony Oled and it had some dead pixels and needed to return it. They picked it up and delivered a replacement, on time and polite.

Content is still limited imo Awesome...my kids love it. Wonderful gift idea. Too bad these things never go on sale. No major issues

No problems with getting a returned delivery. Agents were respectful, courteous and, of course, had to have a replacement with no difficulty.

Stove showed defective. Incorrect temperatures. Called and they offered us a choice, so we opted for replacement. Quick response and no issues.

When the guys reversed the door on the refrigerator we purchased, it did not close properly. They returned and the delivered a replacement.

Bought 60 inch Sony TV had for 3 or 4 weeks. No problems returning it immediate credit got a different TV same day as return !!

Had to exchange the unit for another one and it was easy and hassle free from Best Buy , thanks again for your expertise service !!

We bought a new Sony TV out of the box from Best Buy. When we got it home we noticed a problem with it. We immediately called them, they made arrangements to pick it up and brought a brand new in the box Sony to replace it. No problem at all with the transaction. I always go to the Best Buy first, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. No questions, no problems, service was very quick.

The service was excellent, the first fridge was too loud and the replacement order by BB was fast and installation was quick.

When I had to return a fridge I purchased they came and picked it up for free without any issues. They did the same exact as a delivery except in reverse and the guys were very nice and respectful. When you get something delivered from Best Buy. You will be happy with the results compared to other big box stores.

Had a issue with our washing machine and replacement was delivered and connected.. Defective washer was hauled away.

I love my new dryer. The many different cycles help me choose the best results I am looking for. Excellent quality and performance.
