The return process was quick and easy, no hassles. The crew that picked up the refrigerator was careful not to damage the walls when removing it.

We bought a fridge for our new home and ended up not liking it. The process to remove and replace it with the new unit was quick and easy. The delivery men were polite and courteous. I'd do this again in a heartbeat.

The return desk at the store said they would show up with a box and pack it themselves. That is not the case. You need the original packaging. Luckily I kept it and the pick up team helped me pack it up and the they hauled it away.

The printer is good, however I don’t like where they built in the memory card insert. It’s on the side towards the back. I also don’t like that you can’t scan into the card. It is not a good printer, at least for my needs.

Had to return a detective large appliance. Setting up the delivery was easy and the appliance was removed and taken back on the scheduled date and time. Very professional and respectful crew.

The delivery process was amazing, they were on time and even called me prior to tell me they are on their way, they brought in thto dishwasher safely and installed it nearly and even cleaned after themselves, great experience overall, highly recommend Best Buy services

Return delivery was a godsend. I left the product in my driveway and hoped that the return man would find it. About midday I received an email indicating the return man picked it up and all was good.

We had a great duo for our delivery team! We live up on a hill and there were stairs for delivering our fridge, stove, and microwave. They did not complain about the task and, in fact, were very nice about the difficult task. Very happy with the service they provided

The delivery guys were great. They delivered and installed the new LG Refrigerator and picked up the Whirlpool Refrigerator. The process went very smooth and the delivery guys were polite, knowledgeable and friendly.

We were not happy that are fridge was damaged but customer service was quick to respond. When they came with the 2nd delivery they made sure to check that it was not damaged and was very helpful.

Very thankful they did this. Had to return a faulty open box 82"tv, they came took it off the wall, took off my wall brackets and left the new tv taking away the old one. Good experience overall

They took the old fridge that was DOA away when they brought the new one. I would have rather they take the DOA fridge away when it was delivered since they new it was non functional when they left.

I believe it is for my beverage cooler. After opening the box, we found out the cooler is too small. Best Buy took the small cooler back and got me the right size right away, Very Good service.

The LG electric range that I ordered from out of state arrived at my rental property damaged. The delivery crew returned it to the store and I choose another model that was in stock for replacement. Crew brought new model the next and installed with no problems

The employee that helped us was very nice unlike the manager of that department Norma who is very rude. Luckily this time it was someone else I should of got her name. Also the delivery guys were nice also.

I can not say enough about BestBuys and the return process. Quick, easy, efficient. I had zero issues and customer service was always quick to respond with no wait. Way to go BestBuys.

Best Buy customer service helped me on this one! I ended up not needing the removal of the old stove and they helped me cancel that part of my order without any issues.

I was given an approximate 4 hour delivery window. And within the 1at hour they arrived. The delivery people were extremely pleseant and the removal of the old washing machine and the installation of the new one was crazy quick! Extremely pleased!

The first dishwasher ran into a problem that was due to an external issue but the inspection team who also arranged for the replacement and installed the second one was wonderful.

I purchased a fridge and when it arrived it was too big for the opening. Best Buy came and picked it up immediately and measured the opening to help me in selecting a new one! They were VERY helpful!
