This is a good reverb pedal, Two things keep it from being a great one: 1)The plastic case, with its funky battery compartment access. You depress the footswitch hinge tabs with a pen to remove the footswitch and change the battery. Not a big deal except you will be doing it often! This thing eats 9volts as snacks. A power supply is a very good idea with this pedal. 2) This pedal sucks tone noticeably when not engaged. This is not a true-bypass pedal, but at this price I wouldn't expect it to be. Once I turn on the pedal I am a happy camper. The tones on this are really nice. I use the '63 spring reverb and the Ducking setting most of the time. The Space setting gives you that U2 shimmer. All in all, a good purchase
