Very happy with this purchase! The Wi-Fi connection is faster than my older Rexing V1P Pro camera. I installed this in a 2005 Tacoma and the rear camera cable length as more than sufficient. I would have appreciated an included or optional license plate mounting bracket, but since my truck is older I just screwed the camera through the license plate and into the bumper. The parking monitor feature is working nicely and hasn’t caused any issues draining my battery. It is quite sensitive, even on the low setting, but I just make sure to occasionally format the memory card. I was a little disappointed that the Driver assistance features aren’t compatible with 4K recording. I haven’t tried them out since high quality footage is more important to me than lane assist, etc. The menus and controls are easy to operate. The monitor only shows part of the nice wide angle area that is being recorded but you can pan up and down to see the other areas and it will remember where you left it aimed. Overall very happy with the quality and value!

I have been a Rexing customer from a very long. I have purchased their products for all my cars and I knew very well that quality and customer service is high class. This time I wanted to try their mirror dash cam in one of my old cars. As Usual I am very impressed with the build quality and the speed of the software. The screen is big and clear. The dashcam is high quality with superior video. I have not yet installed the backup camera. Overall very happy with my purchase and will buy another Rexing product.

I like how easy it is to install. It took me less than half an hour to get everything set up. Image quality is quite good. My base model car did not come with most of the safety features that this camera provides. That alone makes it very worth the price. I have always trusted Rexing when it comes to dash cams. The ones I purchased back in 2018 are still working fine in my other cars and I never had really any problem with them.

We originally purchase this unit for its backup camera, which is working perfectly. The resolution is excellent and quick, with no freezing or hesitation. The front and back Pro-cam are really just a bonus for us, but both seem to be working great. I usually install these types of items myself but in this case, I did have BestBuy install… They did a nice job and installed it much quicker than I could have. Overall, we are very satisfied with this unit and the install.

I currently own 3 Rexing products including this one and this one is no different. The video quality is great and the options are equally good. The 2 cons I have for this dashcam is that it doesn't offer a high framerate and there's no way to get rid of the front camera video at startup, at least I couldn't get it to not show up for the first minute. This means you can't use your rear view mirror for that time period and you must rely solely on the built in back-up camera. I usually back my car into my parking space so I don't always use the back-up camera when leaving my parking spot. All the other features are excellent such as their Advanced Driver Assistance, which helps with blind spots. I'd say this alone is worth the money. Just a little tip before purchasing the dashcam, the vehicle I purchased it for has a thick rear view mirror. This dashcam could not fit over it so I ended up installing it in another vehicle. If your rearview mirror is thick or larger than normal consider a regular dashcam.

I'm a frequent buyer of Rexing products, as I've bought things such as the V1 or the V33. But when I saw this product, I naturally wanted to buy it since unlike some of the other ones I've gotten in the past, this one comes with a wire kit. I mean front-facing, rear-facing, GPS, smart-phone app, this Dash Cam was made for convenience. The installation was easy besides trying to wiggle in the rearview mirror towards my trunk. My only slight gripe would be the mirror itself with its slight tint. Some people might have a little trouble looking at it, but I can deal with it fine if I ever want to use it specifically as a mirror. I also wish they'd have a third camera that can view the inside of the car like the V33. With that view, you could get a better view of the sides of the vehicle, which are the only unaccounted-for spots of the camera.

Picture is super clear. Easy to install. This dash cam is super worth it. 10/10 recommend. It looks like the car came with it especially since I installed it with the wiring kit it came with.

The new Rexing M2 Max Pro dash cam was exactly what I was looking for. It’s a rearview mirror with a dual dash cam functionality, which as an added bonus, acts like an electric rearview mirror. I sometimes drive around 4 other people in my car, so when someone sits in the middle seat, I can’t see out my rearview windshield. With this dash cam, now I don’t have to worry about any blind spots with the added blind spot detection or people driving too close to me. I can easily turn it off at night with a click of a button (it’s on the middle bottom). The nice thing about buying the Best Buy edition is that it also comes with a hardwire kit and GPS module. I installed the hardwire kit so I could have the parking mode feature. It’s super useful when someone inconsiderate hits or bumps your car and doesn’t leave a note or anything. The 4K resolution has such great quality and can easily read license plates if needed. I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for an easy to install and great quality dash cam to buy this!

Great mirror dash cam with a few upgrades over the M3 version. I have used the M3 for awhile, and decided to try this one out, and swap the M3 to the other vehicle. Overall, if you have never tried a mirror dash cam - it's so much better than using your actual rear view mirror, and would recommend it! I like the implementation of USB-c over Micro-USB. The rear camera is still compatible with this one so I didn't have to reinstall everything. Also great that it comes with the hardwire kit. A few small things I would improve, in comparison to my experience with other Rexing products: - Does not include a MicroSD card; would be a nice touch. - Cigarette lighter power adapter could be a touch longer. It would not nicely go from my center console power to the dash, but rather had to be powered from the outlet under the HVAC.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. I did all the installation for him, very easy to follow and quick. The video quality is excellent! He loved it so much he bought one for me too.

Loving the camera, great first mod to my Jetta SEL, super easy install, camera quality is great, and i get 3 in 1. back up camera, front dash, rear dash all for a great price!

It's easy to work, video quality is good. It has just been installed so I can't speak for longevity. The connection between dashcam and phone is through wifi, so if you want a video without having to pull the SD card you can do it through their app. I'm coming from a $120 dashcam off Amazon for 30-80 more bucks I'd say it's worth the extra money, plus it's on a shelf in bestbuy. Currently I'd recommend this over other options if you want a on rearview mirror dashcam. There was also lots of instructions videos to follow if it's out of your element.

I have been very impressed with the Rexing M2 Pro dashcam. As it is my first experience with a dashcam, I was a little uncertain, but the install was pretty straightforward and easy to accomplish. The features for blind spot detection are amazing, given that my car does not have these feature built in. Great job Rexing!

I love this thing! The quality is great, I can see at night with both cameras, my previous dash cam I couldn't see much with the backup camera. The angle is pretty decent. Easy to use, set up was super easy. The only qualm I have with it is it gets choppy after about an hours use and restarts. I also found that it restarts more frequently when you have the blind spot outline on constantly. I will reach out to the manufacture to see if they are willing to replace, and if it's solved with a new one I will change my review to 5 stars.

The best dashcam for its price. The video quality is good, installation was easy, and probably the best feature(reason i bought it) was it looks oem rear view mirror.

Had Best Buy place it in and the process was quick done in less than 3 hours! The product is very easy to use and looks clean and neat!

Just had it installed and so far so good. Tons better than using the backup camera on my 2017 Nissan NV200. Will have to play around with it since I just got it but so far I’m liking it. This is a way better option than ones you stick to your windshield. I won’t have to worry that it will detach from the windshield while driving since it’s secured to my rear view mirror.

This is the perfect dash cam/backup camera for anyone that is shopping around for a product like this. I am a long time Rexing customer and I love that their dashcams always come with everything that you need in the box. This product comes with so many features that you can use on the touchscreen or on the Rexing app and it is easy to setup and use for anyone. Definetly will recommend this product to anyone that needs a dashcam. Once again, Rexing hasn’t let me down!

Works great and easy to install. Love that I can move the rear camera up and down using the screen.

It’s pretty easy to use and install. Helps for all the crazy drivers that wanna drive psycho. Only thing I don’t like about it is it’s heavy on the rear view mirror and pulls it down. So you always gotta push it back up so it can record clearly out the windshield. Biggest plus about this is the screen won’t reflect light towards your eyes when you’re being high beamed from the back by some lifted up ford truck with LEDS.
