Excellent DashCam product, very good view and sound quality recordings! Very compact and easy to fit without cable visibility.. A sure thing to consider for unexpected incidents’ recordings while driving at your comfort.

Dash Cams are one of the most important upgrades you can make to your car while driving. After an accident some years ago that resulted in a difficult legal battle due to the other party's reluctance to admit fault, I decided I will always have a dash cam running in my car moving forward. Fast forward 5 years later, I've purchased probably 5 or 6 Rexing dash cams at this point. Not because any of them failed... actually even the very first one I purchased is still going strong despite sitting in my car for multiple 100+ degree summers, but because I've purchased them for all of my family and loved ones as gifts realizing how vital they are. Fortunately, I've not experienced any other accidents since then, however the peace of mind dash cams offer just in case is invaluable. This newest model from Rexing is par for the course in terms of quality and ease of installation and use. Installing dash cams may seem daunting, but it's actually very easy. I just run the cord in the weather stripping in my car, which hides it quite well. The addition of the inside facing camera is nice and I can see being especially useful for those that drive for ride share companies. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the micro SD card that comes with the camera to a high endurance variant. I haven't had much chance to test the SD card that came with this camera, so I can't speak to the quality, however if you live in an area with especially high or low temperatures, you'd want to use a high endurance SD card.

There were may different options on various dash cam's and price was a factor, as I didn't want to spend a ton of money. So I went with this dash cam because it came with the hardwire kit and a memory card. although the sales person did recommend a bigger card as this Dash cam has lots of recording features. Install was easy, but pay attention and read the wire and where they are intended to go. I installed my on a 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT. My recommendation is before your hide all the wires, see where you want it located on the windshield first. As I did not and ran the wires a couple times! I purchased for $199.99 and it went on sale 3 days later for $169.99 and I went on line to chat and they did a price match right then and there without going back to the store ! A+++++++ transaction

Great price for a very good product. It's got a 4K front facing camera and a detachable cabin facing camera as well. It comes with a 64G micro SD card but you can upgrade it to 512GB if you travel in your vehicle often. The Best Buy auto crew took care of the install and setting up the WiFi, GPS & phone app for myself but it's not that difficult to DIY if you have the time. Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase and I would recommend this dash Cam as a great value for the cost.

I am very happy with my purchase. This is not my 1st rexing cam and I just love the quality and features of these dashcams. I highly recommend this dashcam for rideshare drivers. The 4k quality is crisp and clear. The install is staright forward depending if you hardwire or not. I have owned rexing cams for the last 5 years have nkt had an issue especially with the heat.

Well, this ain't my first rodeo with Rexing, and let me tell ya, they don't disappoint. I've had a couple of their dash cams over the years, and when it came time to upgrade, this one was a no-brainer. I got family in NC, and I like to take those long drives through the mountains and down to the coast. You never know what you might run into out there, so having a good dash cam is a must. The R316 is easy to set up, and the dual cameras give me peace of mind. One of the things I like about Rexing is how reliable their gear is. The video quality is crisp, even in low light, and that wide-angle lens catches just about everything. I’ve always been impressed with their durability too, especially given how much heat we get down here in the summer. This cam handles it just fine. If you're looking for something you can count on, Rexing's the way to go. I’ve been a customer for a while, and they keep getting better with each product.

The Rexing R316 with front and rear cabin cameras, all necessary cables, and a 32GB SD card. The package also included a manual and several printed materials. I would have liked a rear camera instead of a cabin camera on this model. The forward camera suction cup mount is now standard, a nice change from the adhesive mounts used previously. This makes it easier to move the camera from vehicle to vehicle. Something, I really like. After setting everything up, I explored the various settings available through the dash cam's interface. The device offers numerous functions, including the ability to disable internal camera and audio recording, which is useful for personal privacy. The video quality recorded by the cameras is clear, and the files are well-organized on the SD card, making them easy to review. The forward camera unit makes a sound when it boots up on starting the car to let you know it’s working. Overall, the Rexing R316 is a solid choice for a dash cam, offering good flexibility and clear recording quality, though the installation can be a bit involved. The new suction cup mount is a welcome improvement. I include some pictures of the installed system.

Rexing dashcams are the best. I have purchased Rexing dashcams for all of my vehicles and they are absolutely essential in this day and age. With all the scams out there we must protect our families.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the Rexing R316 Dashcam. Mine came with the front facing camera and a cabin veiw camera that is removable if desired. Both capture very good quality videos and sound if turned on. Mine came with a 64GB SD card and 2 power options, a cigarette lighter adapter and a smart wiring harness for hardwiring it to your vehicle that also will power the camera on if hit in a parking lot. It has a rear veiw camera option, but mine did not come with one, but you can pick up from Rexing. The camera has a suction cut that has a twist lock that works very well and makes it easy to move from car to car if needed. Over all I am very happy with this Dashcam and sure that it may pay for it self if I ever need a recording of something around me.

I have only had it for a month, installation was easy. I am still figuring out features. So far so good! The only tiny issue is the clips for the wire that charges the unit are not sticky enough to hold down the cord on the windshield nor the car interior.

I received the Rexing R316 dash cam and installed it immediately. I was impressed right away with the much-improved mounting method using a suction cup. The old way with a stuck on plastic mount works well until you have to remove the mount due to a windshield replacement or just wanting it in another position. The mount would break, or the double-sided sticky tape would be necessary and not everyone has it sitting around. The suction cup allows for repositioning the camera any number of times or just moving it from car to car if necessary. So, kudos for the suction cup mount. With the buttons along the bottom the set up was easier than some past units. You cannot see the symbols on the buttons, so you must get used to which button does what. Not a big problem, just an observation. The WiFI option for setting up and observing is useful and easier to manipulate the dash cam for some settings and options than using the physical camera buttons. I am ambivalent about the lack of a download feature through the WiFi connection to the iPhone. If it exists on this model, I did not find it. It is easy to take the memory card out and stick it in the computer to view videos. Photo taking and viewing is just as easy. One thing I did notice is that the viewing screen color saturation was less than on past dash cams, and I have had several from Rexing. Other Rexing dash cams had a more vivid color picture. Not a big issue. I have mentioned to Rexing engineers in the past that it would be beneficial to have a common power connector between all models of dash cam and a common connector for the rear cameras. I have two different rear dash cam cables from previous models and would appreciate not having to run a new cable through the headliner each time I upgrade. Common connectors would be a selling feature in my professional opinion. I would need to buy the optional rear camera for the R316 with a new cable as none of my other rear camera cables fit. I would buy the rear camera if the older cable could be used. The parking sentinel feature is also very handy for when in a parking garage or any location where security is doubtful, or thieves and vandals are rampant. In summary, the suction cup windshield mount is top of the list of improvements in my mind. This is an awesome camera system and I will recommend it to anyone.

This is a must for Uber/Lyft drivers - it has incredible wide-angle lenses on the front and cabin cameras. The interface is Rexing's best yet - easy to read and navigate. That the package includes so much - cam, hard-wire kit, and SD card - for the price is outstanding. I'm happy with the details in the front facing camera - license plates are clear, and the image is crisp. The suction cup mount works well, but I'm hoping there will be a permanent mount coming out, too. A great product from Rexing!

Very nice dash snd it’s cam easy to use also with very goid night vision

As a returning Rexing customer, I find the R316 to be an improvement over my old V55 dash cam. It offers greater adjustability, particularly with the joint between the suction cup and the camera, which is especially useful for my upright windshield. Even the cabin camera has some degree of adjustability. I also appreciate the wider display, and the controls, which are consistent across all their cameras, making them very user-friendly.

I have been using Rexing v1 for couple years! It’s great dash cam with the affordable price. I totally trust the brand. My Rexing V1 is still working fine, but it’s single front channel with 1k pixel. So I decided to get a better dash cam and stay with Rexing. The R316 totally fit my taste. Great price, nice looking, easy to install, fair price. I really like it!

Phenomenal dash cam it captures everything I want 360 degrees camera ! I upgrade my hardwire kit to a Dual Intelligence hardwire kit to also have the dash cam Record any motion detected around my vehicle!

Im super impressed with this Dashcam! Everyone told me I needed a "very expensive" Dashcam to have great quality videos or premium features, but without having to spend an arm and a leg THIS HAS IT ALL, with the SD card included AND also has the hardwire kit included! installation was EASY in my e90 BMW. It just uses Fuse Taps, and Yellow goes to any Constant 12V+ Mini Fuse, and the Red goes to Any Switchable Mini fuse (in my case my cigarette lighter fuse) and it turns on with my car perfectly, while also instantly starts Recording video the moment your car turns on. When car is off I have it set to go into Time-Lapse mode and it works flawlessly! The image front view image looks great, definitely Native 4K30, and easy to see EVERYTHING, as where the cabin also records very well in 1080p30. No over saturation, colors look great, and also night mode looks great too! I HIGHLY recommend the r316 for anyone looking to get a Dashcam! 10 stars if I could, and also am a TotalTech bestbuy member so 2 years warranty PLUS, 5 year manufacturer warranty so no worries at all!
