Paid for best buy install and it looks like they did a good job! Settings are easy to navigate through, but sometimes the menu button doesnt want to work.

I can't tell if the camera works well at all because it refuses to connect to the app. I tried everything, I followed all instructions and troubleshooting, and still nothing. It is infuriating to buy something that is over $300 and lacks basic app connectivity.

It was working fine as far as I know until I experienced vandalism. I went to pull the video, and to my dismay, it had stopped recording videos for at least seven months. I reached out to support and was told it was still under warranty, but I needed to send a video to prove it was dysfunctional. I didn’t have time for all that. Just bought something else.
I am sorry to hear this! This usually happens when the SD card is defective or is not fast enough for a dashcam. We recommend upgrading your SD card to a U3.
The video is part of the warranty process or all REXING customers.

Of all the dashcams I've had, this v2 pro has the best picture specs and it has 3 channels and you can quickly get the record via phone apps. It's so beautiful, it's even very clear at night. I would recommend this dashcam
