Works via Bluetooth and pairs quickly. Also pairs with multiple phones very little lag. Time on screen grade sound quality no complaints.

Great little device. Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Occasionally will say no device connected but you just slide the usb out and back in and it fires right up. Originally bought it and used a five dollar Best Buy certificate. It went on sale for thirty dollars cheaper before it was even delivered and Best buy gave me a credit for twenty five dollars and insisted that I hadn't lost my five dollars certificate. Morons.

Works great with our Ioniq 6. Boots up quickly and runs smoothly. My only issue is with having multiple drivers of the vehicle. The software will only remember which phone it last communicated with and you have to reconnect your phone via Bluetooth to force it to switch. It would be nice if the software gave you the option to choose which device it was communicating with instead of manually forcing a reconnect via the phone.

Bought this for my daughter to use in her car when the lightening/charge port on iPhone 14 Pro stopped working. Her car has CarPlay but not wireless. So, new phone or this device + a MagSafe battery charger keeps her connected and charged. Out of the box it worked immediately. High Tech solution that doesn’t require a tech guru to set it up!

Works as expected. This is supposed to make it wireless and my husband has a 2023 Ford Ranger that he had to plug in to get CarPlay. No issues whatsoever highly recommend it.

Pros: -Easy to install Cons: -Sometimes doesn’t connect -No output to charge phone The Rexing CPW-1 is easy to install and use, and allows wireless connection for CarPlay through bluetooth. The adapter is small, about half the size of my iPhone, and comes with a short USB-C and a USB-A cable. Having a wireless connection is nice, but it also means that you can’t charge your phone since the adapter doesn't have USB out. I use my CarPlay mostly for navigation and music, and that does drain the battery during longer drives. Setting up is simply done in the bluetooth settings. It takes about 30 seconds for it to connect, and with my Honda CRV, would show a screen with the device name each time. It works fine most of the time, but I’ve had a couple of instances where it didn’t connect properly and either needed to be replugged or I had to restart the car. Aside from a bit of a delay, I didn’t notice any performance difference between the adapter and a wired connection. One other possible issue is if there are two phones paired with the adapter, you’ll have to disable bluetooth for one of the phones to prevent it from getting confused. I think the price is a little too high for what it does. It should at least have a way to also charge your phone while in use. It does what it’s supposed to do, and works well most of the time. Having no wires dangling from my phone is nice, so if you need that then this will be great for that.

FINALLY found a wireless CarPlay adapter that works with my Sony AXV- AX7000 radio. This thing is AWESOME!!

Great item but it need more updates. You lose the main thing needed, well at least I did and that is the steering wheel controls to the radio.

This worked flawlessly. Turned my auto equipped wired car play into a wireless service.

I just followed the instructions, now when I turn on the car, the phone sync successfully with my "Aplle Car Play" at the last app I’m using, WOWW. Without the fear of damaging the phone battery by overcharge it. I’m very happy with this amazing little technology.
