The main movie, "Riddick" was a sequel. It had been a few years since the first movie. Viewers looking to purchase this sequel and or the multi-movie pack should watch or refresh their memories on the first movie. It was easy to watch, even if you have not watched the first movie. Bought the movie in the multi-pack when this movie was released out on Blu ray/DVD for the first time. Pricing at that time was reasonable for the price of the movies included.

Pitch Black is a good transfer to Blu Ray, maybe one extra special feature over the DVD. Chronicles looks great, but doesn't include the original fact track; three U Control features make up for this easily. Riddick is an excellent release.

Just got it in the mail. My daughter wanted this to add to her collection. She enjoyed the movies. The collection was on sale and I had a certificate which made it more attractive to order.

Great films, Vin Diesel is a bona fide action star! Pitch black is great, The Chronicles of Riddick is the weakest of the 3, and Riddick is the best one in my own opinion.

Great action series and great work by Vin Diesel portraying a truly stone-cold killer - the Fast & Furious series is his best work, and this is next - great films for movie night with friends and popcorn!

The boxed set of The Chronicles of Riddick were awesome. The picture and sound quality were great and they were conveniently placed in the same box as to not take up to much space on the shelf. It was nice to watch all of them back to back on the same day. It was a great day.

It is great getting to see a directors cut of the first film. And the other films are great in this series.

Vin did a great job (as always) reprising his role as the anti-hero, Richard B. Riddick. The new movie though was done very well, to me was a minor disappointment. The new Riddick movie plot is uncannily similar to the first one (Pitch Black) sadly. But all-in-all in my opinion it is worth watching. With almost non-stop action, you won't get bored watching this one.

This was a great way to upgrade my collection of the Riddick movies to Blu-Ray plus get the extra Blu-Ray features which the DVD's did not have as well as the Dark Fury animated flick which I did not have. I can't wait to see what's next in the Riddick saga.

Great set for a Riddick Fan Includes all of the riddick films only gripe is dark fury is still standard def just on a blu ray but still nice to have all the films buttoned up in a nice set

I'm so glad that this trilogy with the animated feature are all in one package in stunning Blue-Ray quality. This sci-fi trilogy is very underrated and is worth checking out if you like original films with an interesting character named RIDDICK.

Loved this movie, it is wonderful in bluray! I had to get it to get it to go in my bluray Collection, Vin Diesel does Wonderful job in this movie, the special effects Are so wonderful in this movie, I will be watching this movie over and over!!!!!

I love all the extra stuff in this collection. The Director's Cut versions were more cohesive than the theatrical versions. I think you will enjoy them just as I did.

I am obviously biased since I absolutely love both Pitch Black & The Chronicles. It's awesome to have all the movies, including Dark Fury and the new Riddick in the same set. Special features rule and I would recommend this to any Riddick fan.

When I went to a Best buy in my area they were out-- so I ordered two movies online and had then shipped to two different locations with no cost to me. So overall it worked out for the best by the first store not having the movies in stock.

I didn't get to see this at the movies and i have been waiting for this to come out. Got it as soon as it hit the stores. It's Riddick. Lot's of action. If you've seen the others in this series and liked them, you will like this too.

Everything that was wrong with the second Riddick movie they corrected with this one. A good mix of action, horror and humor. Having Katee Sackhoff in the movie certainly doesn't hurt as well. Overall the movie does a great job of returning Riddick's character to his roots and why he was so unique in the first place.

I like each of the movies in this series, and have purchased them individually in the past in DVD but when i saw the great price for the BLUE RAY versions, i had to have it, and i wasn't disappointed at all.
