For years I’ve been reluctant to install an alarm system. So, I relied upon perimeter protections like premium deadbolts and other precautions. However, when I saw the wireless router I wanted that incorporated the RING Alarm system, I decided to take the leap. Further, wireless technology has improved so much that I confidence in this system. This particular system has all the elements I need to adequately protect my home. The installation of all the devices was quite easy and it’s working flawlessly so far. I have enrolled in the offered monitoring service. There is a bit of a learning curve but it’s really more a matter of understanding, habit and adjustments. I highly recommend this RING Alarm system.

It's working great. I have 2 locations on my app and when I check all my devices it says my alarm pro base station is offline. But when I go into where the alarm system is set it says its online. Other than that quirk it seems to be working great. Love the 2 key pads. I had the Geek Squad install it and as usual they were great.

a sensor does not work what do I have to do to get it checked and fixed

Great security system, integrates the whole home with alexa ecosystem. has many cool accessories such as mailbox sensor, solar lights, etc. Moved from Nest to Ring and have been very happy with migration!

I’ve had nothing but issues out of this router security system I’ve fought non stop trying to get this thing to connect to the internet between having my internet provider coming out here and the useless complicated app this thing is complete garbage if you don’t feel like banging your head against a brick wall time and time again then I’d suggest staying away from this product I’d seriously give this item a negative 5 star review if it was possible

Ring Alarm is extremely easy to set up, very reliable, and integrates perfectly with Ring cameras and doorbells. The app is simple to use, alerts come in fast, and the professional monitoring plan is one of the best values out there. Hardware looks clean, sensors are low-profile, and the system scales well for larger homes. Backup battery and LTE failover add peace of mind. Overall, it’s a rock-solid, no-drama security system that works exactly as it should. Highly recommend.

The keypads for my 35-year-old wired alarm system were starting to have signs of wear so it was time to replace it. I was already familiar with Ring since we’ve had a Doorbell for a few years. After reading and watching many reviews of systems, the clincher was seeing a Ring Alarm Pro installation at the home of a valued technical expert. Installation was a breeze and the system has worked reasonably flawlessly for the past year. The only issue I’ve had was easily rectified. Ring has amazing online technical support in the way of published how-tos and troubleshooting. My issue was a keypad that ceased responding, but the online information provided clear guidance to rectify the issue. The iPhone Ring app is also easy to navigate. Every element of the system is covered in the app. I have no regrets with purchasing this system. Oh, I did purchase separately the battery backup module and a set of additional contact switches.

Way cheaper than a $2000 ADT contract Which doesn’t even include the $65-$70 per month monitoring. Easy to set up in minutes and works as advertised. Also enjoyed the trial period for breaking it in to alleviate false alarms. Integrates well with Alexa home automation, ring doorbell, etc. Can view on fire tv as well. Especially love the Wi-Fi six eero router.

The system seems to work okay. I haven't had much experience with it. No training from the install. I was left on my own to figure that out and still haven't done so. The installers came and went on the fly. No training. Of course the alarm went off immediately after they left. I didn't know they left it on alarm! Stuffed it under a cushion to try and stop the wailing. Had to read the directions to figure that out. It uses a four-digit code. The front door lock from Yale uses six digits. So now I have two different numbers just to get into the house and one to access my iPhone! Life gets complicated! No one told me about all the electrical outlets required for the system! The keypads each require an outlet, and so does the signal booster device. I expected the main unit to use one, but it needs at least three more. I haven't set up the remote monitoring yet. Another can of worms to figure out I guess.

Works as good as advertised. We needed something that we could trust and the Ring brand lives up to its reputation. Easy to use as well.

We had this system in a previius home and loved it. Home we just bought had no alarm system so we ordered the Ring Pro package. It comes with 2 keypads, a central hub that also has a built-in eero extender which integrates well into our eero wifi system. Using the eero and Ring apps makes installation VERY easy. We got all the windows, doors and motion detectors installed in about 2 hours. The system lets you self minitor if you want to save some $$. We would highly recommend this system to anyone that owns a house that's nit prewired for a security system. You will end up changing a lit of batteries over the life of the system, but the cost and ease of installation makes it worth it.

Great addition to my Ring camera set up. Switched to Ring alarm when my Xfinity alarm bit the dust. $199 a year with Ring for monitoring beats $40 a month I was previously paying. Having one app makes everything easier too. It was easy to set up and install.

Easy DIY alarm system is what I was looking for, and I got it. The sensors attached to doors and windows with ease. I like having two key pads giving me the option of placing one by each door I use. The setup up was easy. It automatically paired and I was able to label each sensor.
