I wasn't always able to hear the old doorbell we have on the first floor so I got this device to alert me when I'm upstairs. It integrates perfectly into my existing Ring system. Not much else to say other than it does exactly what I need it to do!

The connectivity problems seem to have been a problem with the doorbells lithium battery not functioning correctly in colder temperatures, but if you have a ring doorbell already and need an extra chime or wifi extender this works well for the cost. If you only need a chime, just get the standard chime instead of the pro.
