Customer Ratings & Reviews

Didn't know to reboot your internet sometimes in order to connect but overall love this product and quality! My sister seen it herself and is ordering one herself!!! Fr!

Ring also captures wonderful situations along with security issues.

The Ring camera exceeded my expectations. Installation is quick and simple, even for people who aren’t very tech-savvy. The video quality is excellent during the day and at night, with clear night vision and accurate motion detection. I really like that alerts are sent in real time to my phone and that you can see, hear, and speak through the app, which gives great peace of mind when you’re away from home. The app is very user-friendly and makes it easy to review recordings.

Nice product. Good quality and easy to install and very easy to navigate. We use to have an old one wish is different brand and wasn’t as good as this is . It’s been over a month now and my all family enjoying it.

A great product at a wonderful price with an awesome iPhone interface. Best Buy is my go to spot for Electronics.

Sharp top to toe view, great upgrade from my 1st generation battery doorbell. Easy installation.

I love the ring products I've been using them for approximately 10 years now.

I love my ring cam. And best buy had the lowest price .

Great bundle. I used my rewards and paid only $10 dollars for it. It was a great deal.

Item came damaged. Tried to get a credit as I am willing to keep item, but that was also denied.

I have a rescue dog who decides to make my furniture and books an expensive dog toy when I'm gone. This was the ultimate purchase because I can view her live, listen to her, and talk to her when I'm not at home. The video is crisp; she can actually hear me through the speakers on each camera. It was confirmed that she heard me when she popped up and came to the camera. Connecting to the Ring to view is tailored to the customer, specifically for an easy install and monitoring. I highly recommend Ring because it solved a very costly situation for me.

The ring battery cam and indoor cam is very good, particularly for a sale price. The regular $180 price is too much. It is a good bundle product. I like the video on both cameras. I have the doorell cam in an anti theft case, which limits its motion detection. However, I am using 2 indoor cams in adjacent windows, which compensate for the limited motion. The indoor cam has very good video, with a very good motion settings range for width and depth. The settings for humans and cars is very good. I like managing the cameras in the ring app.

The Ring Essential Security Set is a fantastic all-in-one starter kit for anyone looking to boost their home security without the hassle of professional installation. Setup & Installation: Both the Battery Doorbell Plus and the Indoor Cam were very easy to set up. The Ring app walks you through step by step, and the whole system was up and running in less than 30 minutes. Since the doorbell is battery-powered, no wiring was required, which was a big plus for me. Design & Build: The Satin Nickel finish on the doorbell looks sleek and modern on my front door, while the Indoor Cam’s compact white design blends nicely indoors without being obtrusive. Performance: The Battery Doorbell Plus has excellent video quality (1536p HD), a very wide field of view, and two-way audio that is surprisingly clear. The motion detection is accurate, and I like being able to customize the zones so I’m not getting alerts for passing cars. The Indoor Cam provides crisp video and has great night vision. It’s small enough to place on a shelf, but I mounted it for a better angle. Features & App Experience: The Ring app makes monitoring both devices very convenient. I can quickly check live feeds, get instant motion alerts, and even talk to visitors directly from my phone. Subscribing to Ring Protect adds cloud video storage and smart features like person detection, which makes the system even more useful. Battery Life: The doorbell battery lasts several weeks on a charge, depending on usage, and it’s easy to swap out for charging. Overall Value: For the price, getting both a premium battery-powered doorbell and an indoor security camera in one package is a great deal. It’s a reliable, user-friendly security upgrade for any home.

I couldn’t be happier with my Ring Doorbell—it’s been a total game changer for my home security and peace of mind. The video quality is crystal clear, both during the day and at night, and the motion detection is impressively accurate. I love getting instant alerts on my phone whenever someone approaches my door, even if they don’t ring the bell. The two-way audio works perfectly, allowing me to speak to delivery drivers or visitors no matter where I am. Installation was surprisingly easy, and the app is very user-friendly. One of my favorite features is being able to review recorded footage, which adds an extra layer of security. Overall, this device is reliable, convenient, and well worth the investment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their home security with something smart and effective.

Great product! Works great even at night. Picture is so clear.

I'm a long time Ring doorbell user (currently using gen2). This new one record so much better videos and the battery life is so much better too. The indoor cam is a good bonus item to have.

I love this combo it was a great deal and the quality of the doorbell and the indoor camera image is great! Plus if you get the solar panel for the doorbell it makes the battery last so much longer currently on two weeks and the battery is at 92%.

This product works great and even gives you a 30 day trial of video recording. The only thing I do not agree with is charging the customer fifty dollars for each camera that they own, I believe there should be one price for the household. This device does not detect usps, or other delivery drivers and I do not like that. I have multiple devices from Ring all over my house.

When shopping for a doorbell camera, I did a lot of research because I wanted to familiarize myself with all the functions each brand & model had to offer. I decided to go with the Ring Battery Doorbell Plus and Indoor Camera. After setting it up I was amazed what it can actually do as far as being able to view the area in question. The playback video mode was very clear. I haven't had time to focus on all the other settings. I still have to play with that. All in all, I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Most of all, I bought it at Best Buy when it was on sale and saved over 70% . You can't beat that!

Good product, alerts & notifications come quickly. Good videos and pictures
