It is so much better than my current security cameras. But I only gave it 4 stars because of the monthly storage fee charge and the motion detection picking up constantly the cars passing by when I have set it to the minimum. But overall, it is great, and I'm so glad I purchased it.

For the price, it is a great purchase. I wish it had an additional setting for hours that it could be turned off during. When the family is home the cameras are constantly recording as the kids play in the yard. All in all, I feel that the house is more secure when we are at work.

These things work good but I beleive they will work great when I get my WiFi improved.

It's great knowing when someone is at the door and being able to answer anywhere in the world. My only consern cameras are very easy to remove. Also battery is not lasting near 6 months recharging the battery about monthly. This is why I gave it 4 stars but I do love it.

I thought that the Ring products were easy to install and use. Picture quality is great and the 2 way talk feature is nice to use when you are not home.

what I do not like about this ring doorbell it do not stay charge for long and there is some area you cannot see on your porch and it is easy for some one to steal this door bell if you do not have it secure it look alright but the viewing is some bad

I would definitely recommend this product, very easy install, pictures are clear and has different settings for sensitivity. Awesome product

Setup was relatively easy. Works great as described. Can't wait to expand for a whole home setup. I also purchased one for my father-in-law.

This bundle let me place cameras at the three entry points to my home. You get alerts when motion is detected that you can then view the footage of. The cost is less than what the security firms will charge you. Sensitivity settings will need to be tweaked, but when you get it set, you will be happy. I would not use this as the only source of security, but at least with a basic alarm system. To keep the recordings, you will have to pay for cloud storage when the free trial ends, but it is worth it and not costly.

I was scheduled to travel out of the country for 3 weeks, I was in dilemma whether to go with a traditional security company to install security cameras or try Ring. I took my chances and bought Ring security cameras and the door bell. I cannot be much happier with its performance. It notified every motion and door bell alerts. I installed 2 cameras, one in the back yard, one inside and the ring door bell in the front. It only captures motions though, would have been better if it also senses audio and sends alerts.

I like the products, but the cameras need on/off button which would help conserve battery. Performance will depend on wifi. Subscription for web recording is a must, but they should provide 1GB free or 7 days free recordings like competitors.

Great wireless security system. It was easy to install and setup the cloud video recording. Setting the sensitivity took a few days of adjusting. The cloud monitoring cost $30/yr per a device. If you don't have it, you will NOT have video backup. I was a little hesitant to purchase the Ring system because some of the reviews were poor. I have had it installed for about 6 weeks now and I'm very happy with it.

I went with the package deal with the ring. I like having both the camera and door bell. It can be sensitive to any motion,but I'm sure I could change the distance. Worth buying.

Love it for the most part. There have been some problems connecting to some cameras at times, and it can take too long to open to interact with someone at the door occasionally. Other than that, it has been good.

The product itself is great! Solid construction. Setup Instructions are easy to follow. We had an issue which was related to our internet bandwidth upload speed. Our speed fell below the 1mb/sec upload speed threshold which, with this product isn't a suggestion, it's a requirement. We ended up returning the unit because our service provider couldn't get us to that speed due to limitations of the internet services in our area. If you aren't sure of your upload speed you should contact your service provider before purchase. In most cases, there is a significant difference between what you pay for which is download speed and what they provide you for upload speed. Note: Best Buy took our unit back without question! which was greatly appreciated!

What a great idea from ring.com I love this product and the feeling of safety it provides. Customer service is wonderful. Only 4 stars because it seems to kick offline every once in a while and you must reinstall.

Works well, but I have a larger house. I am a little disappointed in the lack of coverage. If your router is more than 20ft from the device, signal will be poor which impacts the speed and performance of the cameras.

I researched the item before making my purchase. The reviews were great. I love how you can hard wire the Ring Door bell and the video picture is very clear and picks up at least 60 feet. I like the audio a lot and how I can talk to people at my door even when I am not home. The motion detection is great and detects before they ring the doorbell. The wireless cameras work great inside or outside. It also records the video and it can be saved and shared.

The Ring video cameras are a great addition to any household. They are easy to install and set up. This BB package is a great value. They do have a little lag and bugs on the app but overall a great system.
