The new Ring Pan-Tilt Indoor Camera is another outstanding Ring Product. It comes with mounting hardware and a very long electricalcord to plug into the outlet. As with other Ring cameras, set-up is very easy with the Ring app . The Ring app has a variety of settings & even though I use it frequently, I sometimes forget how to turn features on and off so it could be a little more intuitive. There is a push notification to your device but not an email option. It is easy to miss push notifications and with multiple cameras, I get so many that I can’t review all of them but you can scroll back to see the activity clips. It is a 1080 HD video and the picture quality is excellent. The camera moves around & up and down with 360 Horizontal Panning. It surprised me when it told me I was being recorded so I will shut off that feature since I wouldn’t want to announce that to a intruder. I have several other Ring cameras so I find the Ring subscription price reasonable. It is also my experience that support from Ring is very good.

I have purchased tv's, laptops, appliances, etc from Best Buy over the last several years and never had an issue. So, when I bought 2 wired ring cameras to add to existing system, I expected the same customer service. Wrong... The installation was set up for a Monday. On Monday at 2pm, I received a call that they had to be installed by a 3rd party, so they changed the install date to Wednesday. (keep in mind their arrival time frame is from 7am-7pm) On Wednesday I got a text saying that 1 or more of my items have been cancelled. I called and was told again that they could not be installed, and they set my install up for Friday. They could not give me a reason, so I cancelled the order. I had to call 3 more times to make sure the order was cancelled. I tried to call the store, but Best Buy is completely AI now so you CANNOT call and speak to a person in any store anymore. It was a horrible experience and sadly I will not be purchasing anything from Best Buy again.
