It still works great but decided to upgrade. We bought the refurbished pro model for a great price. The picture is so much better than the original model.

First was a bust

White light pulsated but could not hook up wirelessly. Ring customer service worked with me fir a half hour. Ordered a new transformer that was an upgrade for the ring pro. Still no go. Took it back to bestbuy but they would not switch out the ring so I had to reorder. This ring worked fine but what a lot of work.

I checked mine with a volt meter and it was about 10v ordered a $16.00 16v transformer and installed it and it worked GREAT ... No Problems setting it up in my phone or wife's IPad .. PS be careful my wife can hear everything I say outside

Sometimes it does not ring and it also get stuck and have to wait to reset itself. Needs updating in the system. Maybe more studies and camera update, recommend with updates to system.
