One day the doorbell didn’t ring but the following day it did. I will continue to monitor it. Good thing I purchased the warranty plan.

It worked great for ~6 weeks. then it would not connect to my network but the doorbell still worked. Now it won't ring the doorbell either. It has power and I just replaced it with a new doorbell button and that works fine.

Looked in great shape, connected to WiFi and then disconnected itself. Would not reconnect. Returned and bought a new one and haven’t had any issues

I will never again buy anything refurbished by Ring. The doorbell worked just long enough for me to be able to return it and get my money back. Now it is a $150 paperweight. I tried to call Ring and get them to send me a new one, and they wouldn't work with me. I ended up getting a doorbell by Eufy and it is way better!
