I have bought plenty of these for my driveway and pathway leading to my front door. They are super bright, and the ability to customize help me keep the batteries lasting a year or more in most units. Just be careful to not run them over! I’ve bought multiple of these, this last time was to replace some that got run over.

Good quality good brightness water resistant and keep the battery

Exactly what I wanted for my entrance and around the pool. No wires needed and so easy to set up. Battery still shows full after month and a half of use. Linked them to my other Ring products and they all work together. Even works with Alexa.

I actually only purchased a couple of these to try in the front of my garage (since I am disabled and needed the extra illumination when backing into my garage in the late afternoon now that darkness is so early), and when I am taking out the Trash to my trash bin. They DO coordinate with your Ring Recordings (It is very easy to set up). The complaints -- it takes batteries (4 D Cells in fact for each ring pathlight. Plus it requires you to purchase a new HUB to install these Ring pathlights and have them actually work. All in all, I am thrilled even at a lower setting, the light is very bright at nighttime. IT lets me navigate the concrete in front of the garage easily without endangering myself further. They are also plastic, so I'm not sure how long those stakes will last (since the plastic stakes are similar to what a lot of pathlights use, and they DO crack from age). I'm going to purchase more for the front garden areas. Now if Ring could design something that puts out a STRONGER Signal, since I do live rurally and would like to place some of these further from my home to denote the actual "Drive-way" itself (it's long, since I live rurally).

Good reliable item. Built well, the light brightness lasts a long time and very sturdy product. I would give this 5 stars but it is battery powered. However I must say the batteries do last a long time depending on your lighting configuration so not a huge bad thing if you are ok with replacing the DD’s over a season. I only use my lights during spring and summer so only have to replace them once a year if that. The connectivity is great through the bridge and so easy to configure via the ring app.

I have had a Ring product for a few years now and just added these Motion Activated Pathlights. What a difference they have made! First of all, I get an early warning before someone rings the bell (great!) It also triggers the camera, which means no more delayed shots that start when the person is walking away -- which was the big complaint I had about the Ring before these pathlights. I have also rigged them to all go on when one is triggered and that means better lighting for someone walking the property without draining the batteries and it means someone who is trying to not be seen will understand they are lit up and very seen. (Smile! You're on Candid Camera!) Also, I bought a couple more than I probably really needed because they're so bright I don't need as many, but rather than return them, I'm going to deploy the extras in the backyard to give my backyard ring/spotlight the help it needs as well (i.e., early warning to fire up the camera before someone actually gets into view.) Highly recommended!

These lights have made my driveway more noticeable. They are easy to setup & link to my other ring devices. It requires the ring bridge (sold separately). They also require 4 D cell batteries. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. They are perfect for any dark pathway.

Very bright, easy to installed, so far everything’s good, will see how long does the battery hold up base on regular daily uses.

I have a need to capture images and video lower than the cameras I have installed in the trees in the backyard, and I kept perching a camera on a stool, but that was definitely not ideal. This does the perfect job. I can also place it in the front yard, and most people don't even realize it's a camera. It can capture things that the flood light misses.

I like the brightness of these lights. I have one in my flowerbed and one on the side of my house, they work well with my ring doorbell for early detection and recording. I've had them for over a month and the batteries are still full and the lights are still bright as day one. I like the way the lights are dim until motion is detected and then goes very bright. You can say they are like spy lights, at a glance you can't tell they are connected to an app notifying motion. The app is very responsive and I get immediate alerts...lol only thing missing is a hidden camera. So far so good for me.

These lights are awesome. They are responsive, they are very bright, and all work together. Bought about 15 of them. One thing it didn't do was when one was tripped, it didn't "go down the path" and light up for a cool effect. They all go on and off at once. You can adjust brightness for the lights too which is cool. The D batteries do cost you a pretty penny though. especially for 15 of them and then replacing them. I thought they would last longer. Lasted about 3-4 months that's it. Ouch.

Bought these for the shady areas in my yard. They work perfectly and are linked to my Ring cameras. The light is bright and make my entryway and yard safer. The run on batteries which need to be replaced maybe twice a year.

Great landscape lights. They all go on when motion is detected

These lights are great and easy to set up . They work as advertised and serve there purpose. My one problem and reason for 4 stars instead if 5 is that they required you to purchase a separate bridge or you will go through batteries like crazy. Since I already had 4 ring cameras, smoke detector, and alarm system I thought they would connect to the main bridge with the alarm but nope. So ring got more of my hard earned money. To save money buy the 2 pack with the bridge.

I like the way it lights up the path way to my front door when I am walking up at night.

These Ring Smart Lighting Pathlights are fantastic. They consistently detect motion and provide good lighting brightness for safety. If placed in harsh conditions however, I would definitely purchase the 4 year Geek Squad protection plan.

I have 12 of these lights in my backyard. They are really bright when they turn on. I find the batteries last about 4 months in my usage. The more you trigger them to come on the more batteries you will go thru. You do need the Ring light bridge to connect to your Ring alarm. Overall I have been pleased with these lights.

Purchased two of them for my landscaping addition. Great battery, life, and minimalist design very responsive to motion.

I bought these to change out our current landscape lights. You can have the lights on dim mode to keep it lit up all night or just motion mode. Once ones ignited all of them you have in one group come on. They are really bright for the size of them. I Synced then with other ring motion detectors. Amazing products for motion detection on your property!

The Ring Pathlight is the perfect completion of Ring Security. We have 6 lights that pick up motion and provide sight & safety for our front yard. This model is perfect if you do not have sun exposure using D batteries. The brightness is perfect.
