Cheap easy and great audio and video quality. No issues

Product worked right out of box and easy to set up. Does not have the security features the Pro so can be stolen easily. Major concern is that is has no live view.

good camera clear picture but does not pick up movement very far out

I searched each and every camera out there and wound up with this one, and i am glad i did. If i had 2 complaints they would be, i wish it had a little better resolution, and/or it would be cheaper than the competition. This camera though is amazing in it features. It has a good resolution and is certainly clear enough for me (however it is not as clear as some of the competition) . You get the cloud recording for $30 a year, and that is the cheapest in the industry. It is simple to set up, works amazingly, and i was sent an offer to purchase the Solar Panel charger for $19, and you cannot beat that, the setup i have with the solar panel is second to none. I will be purchasing 2 more with the solar panels for the back of my house. Highly Recommend

Excellent the picture is very clear and it was very easy to install

We now have four of these surrounding the house. Live view is great but has inconsistent load times. Night vision is not to be taken literally. The two way communication has been handy for delivery guys etc

I bought this because it had secure hard installation i.e using screws. However, there performance was not as I was expecting, there is delay in transmission, put in chime but it won't do much. At night you cannot see a thing despite infrared . Would not recommend

Don't waste time with double faced tape. Screw it into the wall, the siding, whatever. Otherwise you will come home to the camera in your bushes. No one wants an up-skirt shot of the rhododendrons. Camera works well. Wish it had the same type of configuration as the Ring Pro door bell. It uses the "other" technology like the original Ring door bell.

The Good - it's WIFI and is battery operated. I also use the solar panel so I don't have to take it down to charge the battery. The Not so Good - Picture is not really HD and not much detail in picture. Night vision is not as good as my Arlo and even less detail. Bottom Line - it serves it's purpose for me but other cameras are better.

Having owned a Ring Pro doorbell, it was quite logical to consider a Ring webcam for inside the house. Installation (my husband) was a snap. The camera was up and running in no time. Picture quality is excellent, and battery management is simple enough with options that include: battery only, battery with on the go charging via USB (this is what we opted for), or solar charging should you place your camera outdoors. Which ever method you choose, you'll be pleased with the results I'm sure. Also, cloud recording is offered for $30 a year (another great value!) If you are in the market for a solid performing webcam, I strongly suggest you consider the Ring Stick up cam. You'll be glad you did.

I love this camera, the picture is clear and easy to work.

The video is good but I can't always access it. I have the video doorbell already but found out that I need to buy a separate cloud account for the stick up cam. Because of that I'm not buying another camera. You can't access the video without a cloud account and it is $30 a year for each device. Ring has a help center which is pretty good.

I purchased several of these cameras and installed them around each exterior door. Installation was simple. The picture/video is much improved from earlier Ring products - I recommend this.

This is my second stick up cam. I use it near my generator enclosure on the side of my house. The only 2 negative issues is that it can periodically go off line and you have to reset it. The problem with that if you're out of town that's impossible. The other issue is that the life view option is slow. Beats nothing.

I was able to get the camera up and working in no time. Records well for the price. I wish the motion settings had the ability to draw the area like the door bell camera. Still a good buy.

Bought this unit to replace Ring video doorbell pro. I'll review that in a separate review. The stick up camera works well but the battery only stayed charged for 6 days. Called Ring technical support and the rep was great! If it only holds a charge for six days again she said they will send a new one out.

I have two complaints about the unit. First is battery life. I have had the unit for a week and a half and have already depleted the battery once. If you buy count on getting the solar panel. That is with about 4 motions a day with coming and going from the house. Second, there is significant lag time before camera starts recording. Sometimes I can walk into frame, to my car, get in, back down my driveway, and pull away before it starts recording. That leaves me with a video of the back of my car as it pulls out of view. On a positive note, the night vision is decent. I like that I can remote in any time. The two way speaker functions reasonable well. I think it makes for an interesting gadget, but if anything it just made me and my wife consider a poe system. Wireless just hasn't come far enough yet. POE systems are as easy as gets as far as wired systems go.

This was an impulse purchase after a couple of packages disappeared from the front of the house. The price tag was steep, but there was enough positive feedback -- from online reviews and a relative -- that I was willing to give Ring a shot. The Good: (1) It works. (2) I love the cloud storage and multi-platform accessibility. (3) Picture quality. The Bad: (1) The vertical viewing angle is too narrow. (2) The battery performance is erratic (there was one day when it seemed like the battery was going to drain in five hours -- and then, after a recharge, things got back to "normal"). (3) It takes time for the camera to get "fired up" -- so, there is a small lag after motion detection and actual alert/recording. (4) A few times, the camera became unresponsive to remote "pings" -- it took a motion detection to restore Live View functionality.

This works perfectly, and is very easy to install. The only downside is that the battery life drains relatively quickly when you're the kind of person who comes and goes often (to work and home, errands, etc). There is a solar battery that you can purchase separately -- I'd recommend looking into that.

THIS VERY EFFICIENT TO WORK WITH AND WORKS GREAT AT WHEREVER I MAY NEED IT TO BE. CLARITY AND SOUND IS PRETTY GOOD. I DIDN'T ATTACH THE CAMERA TO A CERTAIN PLACE, I USE IT WHEREVER I LIKE, SUCH AS MOVING FROM ROOM TO ROOM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT ALONG WITH THE OTHER PRODUCTS THAT THEY HAVE.
