Bought this for my parents. It was very easy to install. Has been a great product so far. It makes me feel so much more at ease knowing they have the security of this doorbell.

The ring door bell is amazing, I installed it at an angle at about 42" (below recommended height) and I get an awesome range of view. I also have it set up in motion and live view (which it says drains the battery faster) and almost 3 months in still haven't had to recharge the battery. This is a great product.

I have other video doorbells, but they don’t compare to the Ring Video. Doorbell 2. The picture quality is perfect. Notifications and accessibility are easy to access! The neighborhood feature allows me to be notified concerning criminal activity around my area.

Excellent buy, easy to set up!! Great view on phone

Great image quality, I can zoom in all the way down my block. Installed on a brick wall, used the drill bit that came with it This took some time to drill into mortar. No problem with signal, router is in upstairs back room. Also paired it with echo to announce the doorbell.

I really enjoy all the features and especially the ability to monitor it away from home. Gives me peace of mind knowing that my wife is able to enjoy a measure of safety as I leave early am for. This device is a big plus to our unmonitored security system.

I like the higher resolution and less fish eye view on this version 2. Install was super easy and I like that it came with face plates and different angle mounting plates. I highly recommend their products.

This is a perfect doorbell and security camera and the most features that we really love is,,you can talk to any person who enter to your property..and the camera is really clear even at night..i will add some more ring camera around the house for sure..

Easy installation. Does exactly what I expected and more... notifies my phone every time someone is around my front door. I like the forewarning it gives when some one arrives I know who is there.

Easy to install video look clear When recorder but Sometimes Does not work I called the support and they say need add a Wi-Fi extender this cost 50.00 if it’s improves I update the review

Love our new doorbell, yes I know a little late to the game. Provides the ability to not only get notified when someone approches et delivers a package, but the constant monitoring, especially at night, is an added bonus that we truly appreciate.

This is one of the best purchases that I’ve ever made. I stay in a apt. and it was very easy to install.

For one, we didn't think we needed a camera for our doorbell. But we tried it out and became obsessed with the information we received. From knowing which friend was coming by, to seeing packages delivered real time, this device exceeds expectations. Plus its user friendly and easy to setup. Installation is tricky and could result in the need for creativity but in the end this product is a winner. Loved directions and setup.

Works great,can see images great. Sound works wonderful. My wife loves it.

After having this doorbell for a year we've been very disappointed with this device it has a HUGE DELAY I have it facing the side walk with a straight shot at least 15-20ft straight shot nothing blocking it and it wont pick up any motion if anyone is walking up to it until they are within in 3-5ft but if a car passes in front of the house 40 plus ft away from the ring it picks up the vehicle every time I dont understand it no matter how many time I adjust the settings it doesn't work I have so many recordings of people coming up to the door and the recording shows them steps away from the door or it shows the delivery guy walking away after dropping the package at the door and turning around all we see is there back so if your looking for something that will work correctly th ih s is not the device...Call customer service and they viewed the recordings and said I didn't have it positioned right because even though it was showing a straight view the camera had to much of my sidewall in the view so I need to use 2 or 3 of the angle mounts so that it dont show that much of my side of my house and I need a ring extender did both of what they ask me to do and nothing changed still the same crappy results....JUST BE AWARE of the issues with the doorbell before you buy it

Able to know who at the front or back door just by observing any phone,tablet, or observation screen you have

The motion detection can use some better coding and the doorbell seems to show Glare when recording or like smear but after the recording it’s normal. Like some video issues.

I love my ring doorbell . It brought me peace of mind. When you’re away from home you can be in comunicación with any visitors
